62. TO TMZ. i dont usually watch your show , but today i just happened to be fliping threw channels and happend to see u bad mouthing michael. HOW DISRESPECTFUL. before saying such things did u stop to think that maybe his still mourning familly, friends and fans 'like me' would be watching. if your father, brother, or best friend had just died u wouldt want his name and caracter to be tarnished. by insensitive ignorant ppl who obviusly didnt kno him.

63. See, here's what i don't get. How can anyone be happy that ole hag cathernie has the kids? She is just as guilty for allowing joes abuse. She and joe raised an entire group of whacked out crazy kids. They are both the worst parents ever. Greedy, calculating. It's terrible. 64. All you people who think that just because Michael left nothing to Joe means that Joe won't get any of the money are completely ignorant. Get a clue. Joe is still married to Katherine, and he'll have access to her money unless she tells him to take a hike which isn't likely at this point in life. Michael actually screwed up big time if he wanted Joe to have nothing. Perhaps all Michael wanted to do is slap Joe's face from the grave. Just humiliate him. But to be sure, Joe will get tons of money.

But seriously, Michael became the persona he was thanks to Joe's beatings, humiliations and excessive domination of their talent, no childhood whatsoever, I'm just surprised MJ and the rest of the kids didn't come out even worse! Sad but true!

Joe is a sorry excuse for a man, and should not be allowed anywhere near the children, HE'S the real abuser in this terrible tragedy!

66. joe jackson didn't deserve anything, and proved it by the way he acted after his son's death. he promoted his new record label at the BET awards for christ's sake! i'm glad that michael did this and in fact had a will. even if katherine gets anything, joe knows that michael didn't want him to have anything, and that has to bother him somehow. RIP michael jackson, there will never be another like you.

68. 49 It is my understanding that although they are married, he isn't entitled to any of the money left to her. It was given to her in a will and is meant for her only. Joe lives in Vegas and is married to Katherine in name only. She threw his butt out a long time ago. Just for religious reasons she's chosen not to divorce him. He's not running the roost. You should know that being that he showed his butt at the BET awards and the family sent Janet in to save the day. She didn't go with Joe. She sotpped by quickly to say her peace. Trust and believe when she said she was ELECTED by the family to speak, it was because Joe was making an idiot out of himself.

I am not surprised by this information....I really believe Joe is taking advantage of the publicity at an attempt to make money...During the MJ trial, I saw Joe on TV pulling up in a PT Cruiser (flamed out)! His last "press conference" was embarrassing to me and I'm not related to him. If I could call Janet, I would say...tell your daddy to go inside and sit down somewhere!

YEAH-the best and priceless gift that MJ could give to his father is public shame and humiliation by NOT leaving him ANYTHING for all the years that the kids in the family say they endured his emotional and physical abuse!! I would love to see his face when he is told. He acts like he's so important and wanting to still ride MJ's coat tails, and linger in the spotlight whenever he has the opportunity to do so.
Michael can finally has the final word with his dad, by his actions here. Yeah, maybe whatever he leaves mom, dad will have part of it too-but still the world KNOWS that he was punked off by MJ is priceless. He deserves everything he gets in shame! He cannot (that I've seen) say how much he will miss his SON, how much he loved his SON, how proud he was of his SON, or talk about good times they had, etc. He talks about him as a ICON, etc. everything but how a loving father would naturally talk about his son's passing. Joe jackson is a vulture on the face of this earth. Watch now he will find another "victim" to make money off of just like he did his own son!!! And the children are the biggest victims in all of this-but Joe's first priority is being concerned about how to make a grand finale for the world to see. What goes around. . . . .

Isn't Katherine and Joe divorced from Joe cheating? I have mixed feelings about Joe, he's used, abused and did great harm to that family over the years but yet they probably love and tolerate him. Joe will stick to Katherine like glue. I would like to see Debbie Rowe reunited with her children some what. Joe should have no say how these kids are raised.
I cannot help but think Katherine stood back while the kids were being abused too.
