Ed Hardy clothing founder Christian Audigier tells TMZ his company will be the next tenant of the Holmby Hills mansion where Michael Jackson died ... and he'll relocate headquarters there in December.
Audigier -- who was a close friend of Jackson -- will be leasing the mansion from Ed Hardy CEO Hubert Guez, who owns the estate.
Jackson leased the 7-bedroom, 13-bath French chateau since January -- shelling out $100,000 a month.

100. God takes those early who have given so greatly on earth! Micheal (though misunderstood ) had given so much in everyway imaginable . I was touched to learn that he had given more to CHARITY'S to DATE , then any Celebrity ever had before him.A giving heart , full of love and the innocense of a child that believed all things were possible....if you just believed.He believed he could heal the very world , that often tried so hard to destroy him and his integrity. I wish I had known him on a personal level , I am certain I would have learned so much from him.In the end he managed to touch so many doubters.I believe he looked down with a tear of joy.Too bad it took this tragedy to open so many peoples eyes and hearts.
