Delivery Man: I Took Rx Drugs to Jackson Home

Photogs tracked down a guy from Mickey Fine pharmacy -- the pharmacy that sued MJ in 2007 over a $100,000 bill -- who says he made deliveries to the Jackson family's Encino home, where Michael frequently visited.

The guy said he didn't know if the deliveries went to Michael because different names were often used on the packages.

31. The problem is, Michael was a heavy pill user. Poor-thing! I've also read that family "tried intervention" several times & to no avail. I can't imagine loathing yourself that much to know that all the pills he was taking would eventually do him harm. I am still very sadden by Michael's passing. I wish the people who were always around him (long term body guards, live in staff) someone ANYONE would of mustered the courage to help him seek help even if it meant losing their job. I guess when you're an addict, you yourself must want change- anyone can attempt to help but at the end of the day, the addict himself must make the effort. I'm still sad though!!

33. No matter what people have said about Anna-Nicole Smith's mother, she didn't receive drug parcels addressed to her home and neither did she live in California.

Shame on the entire Jackson Family as they long ago knew the extent of Michael Jackson's drug addiction and, yet, did nothing about it...they are implicit and participated as enablers (along with those they have accused) with receiving drug parcels to their Encino, California home. As long as Michael Jackson was alive and acting as a cash cow on behalf of them and the rest of the far-too-large family, they had no problem with his drug addiction and, therefore, did not take steps to get him placed in a long-term drug addiction program away from California. Now they want those caucasian grandchildren, whom they chose not to protect while in the care of a drug addicted father during their lifetime, so they can continue the "cash cow express" even though they are nearly 80 years of age and remain illiterate. What do they know about a fine education on behalf of children? The biological mother of the two older children needs to get grounded physically and spiritually and fight for her children as she is the only real hope for saving them emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually from the narcissistic destruction of the dysfunctional Jackson Family.

34. #24, you are the one that needs to chill, according to the law. It is NOBODY'S business that any prescriptions were delivered there, regardless of whether a name or a drug name was mentioned. There are laws for a reason and this guy is breaking them. I don't want my personal info splayed out like that and I doubt most people do.

36. Hey Sarah,

It was already public knowledge that Michael was being sued by this pharmacy for an unpaid pharmacy bill of over $100,000. The driver didn't tell anything new. He most certainly did not violate an HIPAA law.

37. savethechildren: AMEN to all you said:

SOMEONE had to take delivery of and physically pass along/distribute those drugs, to whoever the end user(s) was. Doesn't sound like much of an attempt at intervention to me! So very tragic for these three innocent kids. I say get them far, far away from this family. They'll never have an ounce of privacy. At least Michael did a pretty good job of providing them with that during his lifetime. But, now that he's gone, all the **it has hit the fan big time. He had to know his Mother wouldn't live forever and how old she was even in 2002. After she is gone, then what? Diana Ross is no spring chicken either.

43. How many celebrities need to die as a result of prescription drug addictions which were enabled by an unbelievable OVER-prescription of drugs before something is done about it? From the talented like Michael Jackson and Heath Ledger to the ....how shall we say...."less" talented like Anna Nicole Smith. People like Howard K. Stern and Anna's troop of doctors as well as any doctor whom is found to have been defying medical ethics, sound judgment and any sort of morality need to be held accountable. These people are not trying to help anyone, they are perpetuating the over-medication of the star they are close to so that they might continue to ride the proverbial coat-tails. Howard K. Stern and Anna's doctors probably all thought they'd be set if her absurd estate claim paid out (which is just a silly and desperate action that appeared to flounder in the 9th circuit the other day) and likewise the doctors around Michael probably thought they'd be in line for some lavish gifts or perks once the King of Pop was able to perform again. Sadly, in both situations the enablers took it too far and there is blood on their hands in the deaths of their respective celebrities. How long does the list of celebrity deaths have to become before serious deterrents are put into place?

44. For the people sticking up for the docs....you realize that you can walk in most doctors offices, tell them that your depressed and get pretty much any anti depressant you want? It's that easy....it's easy for a doc to write a script than make any real diagnosis and move onto the next patient....the docs don't care one bit and they continue to make money.

Another thing, some people believe that if it's given to you by a doctor it's ok to take, Irrational as it may seem thats the conflicting problem with many RX users today.

45. Now here's my dilema: If this was a so-caled patient that was on Medicaid (for those who don't know that is government assistance) I guarntee taht that same pharmisist would have reported these activities to the authorities. But since Mickey Fine has alot of revenue at stake, it goes on "unnoticed". I mean $100,000 tab? How were they even able to keep up the supply? This is insane!!! And there is no way Mickey F would let this happen if they had to wait on a reimbursement from the government. Hell the delivery guy knew full well who was geting the packages. And who actually keeps a job as a delivery guy for that long if there wasn't a multi-million dollar celebrity (one of many I'm sure) who is an addict. Just think how much gratuity he gets from a delivery. But these KILLERS had no shame. As long as MJ threw his money around it didn't matter. And how does a mother sit back and watch her child go through these different phases of addiction and not step in? She should have called family services and had those children taken away until he dried up. Katherine knew full well that MJ was sick but she cared more getting some of all that money he had. Now she wants to get the children, she should have already had the children.
