Michael Jackson Burial Still Up in the Air

61. Unfortunately the State does not HAVE to allow him to be buried there. And if the family is allowed to (whether thats their intentions or not) he does NOT have to be cremated.

Because of the circumstances Neverland was given back to the estate. Whom ever controls the estate can decide on how to proceed.Selling Neverland is not in the interest of the Family. If anything Neverland will more than likely be turned into Museum or something like Graceland.

65. Saw the paparazzi and tons of news trucks at a the Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery
as I was running an errand ....this was not for just 'anybody'....crazy scene...
it's only an educated guess but MJ's body is probably there....glad
the viewing in Santa Barbara is off, would've been a logistical nightmare on a holiday
weekend....Forest Lawn is beautiful, he would be more at peace than Neverland...hope
he stays here, can visit him often....RIP Darling MJ

67. Michael should be burried in Las Vegas. They should make a mosileum for him. And they should build a casion called The King of Pop hotel & casino. Course they should have the moonwalk cafe, a huge museum filled with Michael Jackson aquisitions and artifacts and artwork, they should have the musical Thriller at night (partially nude late LOL!) and they should have suites dedicated to the King of Pop in all of his eras of glory. (And they should have chimpanzies too LOL!)

The latest development is that viewers are BOYCOTTING NIGHTLINE on ABC because Martin Bashir BETRAYED the trust of MICHAEL JACKSON, who was an INNOCENT man! This interview greatly affected MIchael. Remember he later spoke to the public about it.

All though my thought and orayers go to his children and family, it really bothers me that we are goning on one week since his death and still as of this second no plans have been made or announced about his viewing for the fans or a funeral... It is all good for us the fans to rally around Michael whenhe was in court but now it is like we are the last though..it was his fans who brought him where he reached...He so loved Neverland and even though he has said to ppl (so it has been reported) he didnt feel safe or clean there since the LAPD searched his house, yet if that was the case why didnt he just sell the ranch when he could of, instead he held on to as much of it as he could, so to me that says he still loved Neverland afterall it was built around the man he wanted so much to be like...fly home Michael to Neverland and claim what is yours...you and the lost boys are together..

hey, Mysunshine... there are 7 stages of development . If you dont deal with the issues as you progress, it will surely come back at some stage, and you will have to deal with it... If you study the psychology of children you will see the "markers". A healthy human will experience the 7 stages of emotional development, but many people will never experience it in their lifetime. It is very important for a child to have a nurturing environment growing up, without fear, hunger, abuse, etc. I firmly believe Michael was emotionally and physically abused as a child. He was no pedophile. Michael was a non-sexual person, just like a child. He found peace, love, happiness in the dream world of a child, as Peter Pan he embraced the trusting naivitee of innocence, it was something he never had, he created in his alternate universe. He never molested children. He loved children and he was very good to them.

You see, there IS nothing patently wrong with that to a person who is actually "an innocent" (as I believe MJ was). It's our own jaded perceptions based on a world too full of corruption that make us simply ASSUME that what actually COULD be a very innocent act MUST be something "sick and perverted". A generation or 2 ago, nobody would have given this a second thought. I would suggest that those who assume the worst about others might do so because they're afraid to look at THEMSELVES in the mirror!

74. Michael Jackson has died living behind him 3 very real and very scared children. The noises, images, words, etc. that they hear and read will forever be engrained into their heads and hearts.
Michael Jackson deserves a resting place that has honor and that is protected 24/7 by loved ones.
His estate should be resolved so that his children are fully taken care of and every "business matter outstanding" is settleed once and for all. PEACE is what the Jackson Family deserves...to grieve and to come to terms with his loss.
God will proviide comfort when we share our hearts to him....openly.
May God bless Michael Jackson and provide him a final resting place, in leiu of any sins he may have earned, and that we provide him a RESPECTFUL place of honor and truth now and forever.
Each of us will one day leave this World and it is a VERY serious/overwhelming situation for the children so please conduct yourselves such.
