33. The crazy part is that she is a nurse. If MJ was smart enough to say that he got it from his doctor before, why would he ask his nurse to get it? He would have enough sense to know that a nurse would not be able to prescribe or get him such a powerful drug that is only administered by IV in a hospital. Also, the medication works as long as it is being administered. The second they stop admistering the drug, the person wakes up. That is why it is given by IV. What she said was crazy. This is ridiculous. People need to come with something better.

35. Some of you people have no business posting in here about someothing you know nothing about. First of all, why bash the nurse. WHO COULD SHE HAVE TOLD????? Do you think she could have gone to the police saying "Oh, Michael Jackson wants me to get Propofol for him". IF someone did, in fact supply and administer this anesthetic, THEY should be prosecuted for manslaughter. This drug is routinely used only by anesthesiologists in a monitored setting. We, as RN's CANNOT administer this drug. We can only care for the patient who receives it. The fact that he even knew the name of this stuff is suspect. This man was a (barely) walking pharmaceutical company.

36. U know its sad that this woman held back about this if it did really happen, God knows all the lies so far comming out about this poor man. I grew up watching micheal jackson and i hope one day they will know he was a real honest good hearted man. So what if he was different from all u god send people. . I will miss micheal big time god bless him and his family

Michael Jackson died a VICTIM he was always going to be a VICTIM, everybody else was going to be the fault of his problems. Michael created his problems but EVERYBODY else is going to be the blame. 39. If she's a nurse practitioner, she could prescribe. A regular RN could access them, if not directly presccribe. She refused to get them for him, and she warned him not to take them. If she was his health-care provider, she was bound by rules of confidentiality not to go public, and even if she had, the same people who are questioning her now would have been questioning her then. It would have been just another sordid allegation. I'm not a lwayer, but I wonder about rules of confidentiality after a patient's death, as well - perhaps she's not bound by the same rules anymore, post-mortem?

Michael's family knew he had a problem. Even if the nurse had gone to them, they would have said they already knew. If he wanted to get drugs, he could get drugs. Every addict is like that. t's simple; it's just that with his presumed resources, he had access to fresh enablers all the time.

Michael's peeps had not contacted her in 3 months. Then out of the blue he called he was calling for her. To fly from florida to save his life. With all the doctors he had around. [why would he call that RN] what makes her better than every doctor.

ALSO. SHE HAS NOT SPOKEN TO THE POLICE. PLEASE WATCH CNN. WHERE THEY CONFIRM THINGS TRUE AFTER THEY QUESTION PEOPLE.

She got tangled in her lies on cnn.
This is sad. everybody wants a stinking bookdeal.

43. I just reported her to the nursing board in California. Clearly she is violating HIPPA laws by even speaking about a patient. I saw her on Larry King and Anderson Cooper giving patient information down to his skin being very dry. Shaquille O'Neal being her patient and she treats him for lethargia. Clearly this woman has broken the law. Please contact California board of nursing and complain about her. The more the better.

44. This RN is a disgrace! Her self-serving actions are easily transparent. As a RN myself, I find her behavior offensive. Her interaction with Mr. Jackson is confidential, period. If she was sincerely concerned and felt she had something important to contribute to the investigation of MJ's death (and even then, there are professional boundaries), a responsible professional nurse would have gone to the authorities to express any concerns. That's what I would have done and that's what the RN's I know would have done - we'd never to go to the media! How trashy! She should be ostracized by all for her actions. SHAME ON HER!

45. THIS MAKES PERFECT SENSE! NOW I KNOW WHY THE DOCTOR PANICKED. HE PUT MJ TO SLEEP AND THEN DIDN'T MONITOR HIM LIKE HE WAS SUPPOSED TO. THAT IS WHY HE WENT IN HIS BEDROOM TO CHECK ON HIM. HE MOST LIKELY MADE MJ PAY A PRETTY PENNY FOR THIS DRUG AND BY GIVING IT TO HIM HE WAS LIKE SOME KIND OF HERO. I SAY THROW HIS A$$ IN JAIL!!
