Michael JacksonUPDATE: The judge in the case has ruled Katherine will remain as temporary administrator for the rest of the week. The judge said it wasn't urgent to change things up immediately -- that the matter will be heard Monday.

There's a hearing underway over Michael Jackson's will.

Here's the problem. On Monday, Katherine's lawyers got an order from the judge making Katherine the temporary administrator of her son's estate, based on her belief that no will existed.

Now that a will has been filed, the named executors want to make sure they have control over the assets and are asking the judge to nullify Katherine's power to move assets around -- even temporarily.

We're told there isn't a conflict between Katherine and the new executors -- it's just to button things up.

Please remove all the negative and deamning comments people post on this site about Michael.
Well all know he was proven guilty of everything but there are immature idiots on here who feel their negative input is important and it's sad and pathetic.
Out of respect for him, I ask that you remove the hateful and sick things people say. You guys constantly update on his status and there are 11 year olds with old no lives posting "help help! save me im in hell" or "pedophile!" come on....
If you can update on his status every second than you can get someone who phish through the comments and DELETE the ignorant a$$holes who post nothing but hatred.

He was proven not guilty, NOT GUILTY = HE DIDN'T DO WHAT PEOPLE SAID HE DID.

36. Hey TMZ, were you aware Farrah Fawcett's funeral was yesterday? Is there ANY other news to report other than MJ stuff? Are there any other entertainers out there to write about anymore? Was he the only one? While Michael was a tremendous entertainer, no denying that, he died by choice in taking so many drugs, not thinking about his children whom he claimed to love so much, or the feelings of his family, his mom especially.

How about warning others of this situation when people choose to not live in the real world and FACE their problems head on, like the rest of us.

This is one man who died by CHOICE. People die every day. Jesus was nailed to a cross & while the most feared name even HE didn't get & still doesn't get this kind of coverage. Where do you suppose the SOUL of Michael is right now? Does anyone care? Nope...its ALL about the 'controversy' of his life, and of course money.

OK readers, feel free to attack since i mentioned the name of Jesus, God bless you all anyway & I pray the Lord had mercy on Michael's soul & watches over his children, because they more then anyone assoicated to this will need it the most!

39. I think a member of his family should get custody.That Debbie lady doesnt even know those kids,she willingly signed of custody and stuff to Michael.If she wanted them she shouldve said something before.It speaks very badly of her character to want custody now of all times.
Anyway,they could go to his mom ,or Janet,someone that will love and provide for them well.Only someone in the immediate Jackson family,though.No random people.And definitly not Debbie.

44. Alot has en said about he loved his father so much that he named his kids Joseph in their names....lets point out one thing ok Joseph was his middle name Michael Joseph Jackson....... I dont believe he would of named his kids after his father honor him, not a man that would abuse him in so many ways that would leave him loging for love in others, love he wasn't able to get from his father...not even in death can Joe Jackson honor his son for the great man he was, instead he tried to sell his own record label,...Please dont honor Joe for he has done nothing to deserve that honor, I myself feel sorry for him that he has choosen to act and behave in a manner that is what you would expect from someone who never knew Michael Jackson....My heart and prayers go out to his REAL family, the family that honors and loves him for who he was and will always be a loving man with a kind soul who took to music to leave his mark on us all,,,,may god hold you close in your arms and the angels dance with your beat michael you will be missed here on earth...
