Michael JacksonUPDATE: The judge in the case has ruled Katherine will remain as temporary administrator for the rest of the week. The judge said it wasn't urgent to change things up immediately -- that the matter will be heard Monday.

There's a hearing underway over Michael Jackson's will.

Here's the problem. On Monday, Katherine's lawyers got an order from the judge making Katherine the temporary administrator of her son's estate, based on her belief that no will existed.

Now that a will has been filed, the named executors want to make sure they have control over the assets and are asking the judge to nullify Katherine's power to move assets around -- even temporarily.

We're told there isn't a conflict between Katherine and the new executors -- it's just to button things up.

47. They should bury Michael @ Neverland and make it a museum for him. Replace the rides that were once there, add a petting zoo and some of the larger animals. He loved kids and I'm sure this would make a lot of children happy. They could charge 30.00 a person and make well enough money to keep it up. People would come from all over the world. This way people can always pay their respects to him and also be close to him.

51. Did MJ ever say where he wanted to be placed after he passed away? His wishes need to be carried out. I hate how cruel this world can be to where people will try and make money on someone even if they are no longer living. I'm just happy MJ is at peace and no longer has to deal with all the stress and drama that surrounded him here. Rest in Peace, MJ.

55. Why are the Jackson's family such in a hurry to take over the estate, don't thy have to bury Michael first? Debbie Rowe is showing respect for Michael by keeping a low profile and she is accused of being in it for the money. I wouldn't be surprise if Joe is behind all this, we all know how much he cares for Michael.....Folks In the Jacksons familly it's business a usual.

56. I've said all along that Diana Ross would make a welcoming and loving home for Michael's kids. For one thing they would be away from the evil idiot Joe Jackson and another is that Diana has done a fantastic job or raising her own intelligent, decent, and well adjusted kids. Diana and Michael were good friends for years and Michael had a long time to observe her parenting skills. Michael really loved his kids and I hope that Diana does get to have an active role in their lives. I hope that Diana will take them to live in Europe- away from sicko and desperate Perez Hiltons in the media and their opportunistic and mean grandfather, Joe Jackson.

59. She believed there wasn't a will along with child beater Joe, I can smell the BS from here. The only reason they claimed there wasn't a will was because they knew daddy Joe was left out, despite my hope that pedophile Michael suffered I will give him credit for sticking it to the man who beat the hell out of him, that and they also knew Michael had no legal claim to any of the three children. In other words the money machine.

If Debbie has half a brain she will get those kids as far away from those two loaded weapons as soon as possible. You watch, one of them will tick off daddy Joe and the next thing you know they'll be eating the back of his hand. Once a child and or women beater always one, it can't be controlled and since no one's ever stopped him there's nothing for him to fear. Daddy raised a child rapist, nice to see it all staying in the family.

Those kids need help, years and years of help. And once someone starts digging deep there's no telling what they'll find, those kids have been the only ones close to him for years since he was caught. Think about it, it's always the children who will keep their mouths shut and who can be conditioned. I know these things first hand so don't even try to run off at the mouth, you'll get no response.

60. Joe Jackson makes me sick. At the BET awards he was smiling and trying to pitch his own business. He did not look sad or upset that he had just lost a son. On the other hand Lou Forigno was interviewed yesterday and had tears in his eyes as he talked about Michael. He wasn't even related but he showed more emotion than Michael's own father. Complete strangers show more grief than Joe. When Michael was a young child, Joe made his kids perform in clubs with half naked woman fawning over Michael. At that young age that had to mess him up a little. Joe also punished his children by making them move heavy rocks from one place to another when he wasn't beating them. He made fun of Michael's nose, said he had a big nose, which is probably why he changed his nose so drastically. This man has never shown love for Michael, just love of money. Isn't it funny that Joe hasn't lived with Katherine for the last eleven years and now he goes on TV and says HE and Katherine are going to raise the children. Even though he was left out of the will and Katherine has temporary custody, he's trying every which way to get his greedy disgusting hands on MICHAEL'S CHILDRENS money. So watch out Katherine. Rest in Peace Michael, your fans will keep a running vigil on Joe and hopefully we can keep him from getting anything.
