Michael JacksonUPDATE: The judge in the case has ruled Katherine will remain as temporary administrator for the rest of the week. The judge said it wasn't urgent to change things up immediately -- that the matter will be heard Monday.

There's a hearing underway over Michael Jackson's will.

Here's the problem. On Monday, Katherine's lawyers got an order from the judge making Katherine the temporary administrator of her son's estate, based on her belief that no will existed.

Now that a will has been filed, the named executors want to make sure they have control over the assets and are asking the judge to nullify Katherine's power to move assets around -- even temporarily.

We're told there isn't a conflict between Katherine and the new executors -- it's just to button things up.

64. Hey Overkill, I care about MJ and what happened to his soul.
I hope and pray that he made his peace with God.
He was very talented, no doubt, and as much as I love his music, this situation brings tears to my eyes.
I keep reading this hoping for some good news.

69. People forget that in life, Michael provided for all his family and took care of them since he was 5 years old. Now in death he doesn't have to take care of anyone but his children and legacy. If the truth were really told and investigated you will find that every member of the Jackson family has probably recieved millions of dollars from MJ over the years. The gravy train is over, so get over it.

71. I question even Katherine's motives. the nanny said that she called her the day after MJ died asking where MJ hid his money. He always hid it under carpets and such. The whole family is messed up.

74. MJ's poor children. I cant imagine see'n your mom on tv saying she dont want u.i mean most of my adopted friends are very curious about their biological parents..here they get to see theirs saying she gave them to MJ. Now they are being pawns for money. I just hope they keep them children far away from Joe Jackson I know now he can not get away with the beating and things he did to his other children but id imagine he would milk it for every penny he could get out of it. I believe MJ was a very talented person but severally scared from the abuse from that monster dad of his. Im sure the last thing he would want was those kids anywhere near him. I bet if you asked Joe jackson what his grandkids names were he wouldnt have a clue. I think the nanny that has been the closest thing to a mother to them should be a big part of their lives now. Their mother should atleast have some part of their life..she is their mom..she should atleast make herself available to them if they ever did decide they wanted to know her. Im not sayin they should live with her..just be there if they want that. This is all so sad.just dont want a cycle started by joe jackson scarring these children's lives like he did MJ. Maybe janet or dianna ross (if in fact this is who he really wanted to take the kids) should care for these children and hire the nanny back in to help care for them and insure they have a good life like MJ would have wanted.
