Michael Jackson's Will

Michael Jackson's WillWe now know what's in Michael Jackson's will -- for starters, he never said where he wanted to be buried.

We've learned the will -- which will be filed today -- is 5 pages long. As for who gets what -- Jackson's entire estate goes to the Michael Jackson Family Trust. The trust documents are not included in the will and the contents of the trust remain confidential.

We're told the trust provides for Michael's children and mother, and distributes money to several charities.

18. MJ is probably the greatest entertainer of all time. He was multi-talented. He was also a troubled soul. Why do we have to pick over his remains to the last detail. He's gone. Of course, he had an estate. Why do we care who gets what. We know he loved his children and his mother and had no time for his media hungry father. His greatness will live on....we'll miss him and now, can we please, finally, let him rest in peace.

Al Sharpton was a disgrace at the Apollo yesterday. Dancing and grinding. He showed absolutely no respect. But, then, he's friends with Joe Jackson. That's all I needed to know. Sharpton looking for press. Sad.

19. I can't believe they are taking him to Neverland, especially if they bury him there. I always read that Michael never wanted to go back there after his house was raided by cops and they found all his "secret" stuff. Seems like karma to me but I bet Michael never wanted it.

20. If it all goes to a trust why is it five pages long? Once it is filed TMZ will have it right? Is it normal for trusts to be confidential? The world knows his worth and assets or is is payments that are sensitive?

22. Funny, the pedophile owes $500 million dollars and his assests are estimated at $200 million-did the will mention anything about paying off his debts first? This freak was such as an ass!!

23. Apparently it is illegal for a body to be burried outside a cemetery unless a person is cremated. Therefore is would be against the law to bury his body at Neverland.

24. If the will specifically provides for his children and mother then joe jackson has no right to anything. He has tp respect his sons wishes.

27. Well at least he got that part right, poor guy, so much crap to deal with in his life. A will & trust was the smartest thing he could have created to provide for his kids and the mother he adored. Nobody ever said he was dumb! Good job RIP Mikey.

30. It was unclear whether Jackson could be buried at the ranch. California Funeral Directors Association executive director Bob Achermann said state law would prohibit Jackson's uncremated remains from being interred at Neverland.

The state's health and safety code makes interring any uncremated remains outside of a cemetery a misdemeanor, he said. Cremated remains can be kept in a home or private mausoleum outside a cemetery, he said
