Michael Jackson's Will

Michael Jackson's WillWe now know what's in Michael Jackson's will -- for starters, he never said where he wanted to be buried.

We've learned the will -- which will be filed today -- is 5 pages long. As for who gets what -- Jackson's entire estate goes to the Michael Jackson Family Trust. The trust documents are not included in the will and the contents of the trust remain confidential.

We're told the trust provides for Michael's children and mother, and distributes money to several charities.

31. 10. . I'm impressed that he had his affairs in such good order. Posted at 11:28AM on Jul 1st 2009 by hunsister

Branca was his lawyer at the time, maybe he had a big part in it but some of the moves (beatles catalog, rights reverting back to him etc) were very savvy. I could never figure out if it was crazy like a fox or someone like the music lawyer arranging this stuff for him. It is a relief the money circus had to pull its tent down early and that his children are provided for.

34. Well Holy Tootscoot. I hope he doesn;' leave anything to that record label protoming pig of a father. And don't you love how Al "Tawana tell us what really happened" Sharpton showed up. That father should have been crying and not joking as he walked up the platform to be interviewed at the BET (Blinged Egomaniac Tonedeaf) Awards. Janet and Joe Jackson didn;t arrive together nor did they spend anytime together at the show. She's probably repulsed by him. And that Zoot Suit waeringh hanger-on that was with Joe Jackson should be nut-kicked back into the cast of Jellies Last Jam from whence he came. DISGUSTING. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

37. "he never said he wanted to be buried". What did he say?
Maybe Michael will be perserved in glass and placed in his museum. I think this would be wonderful and many should be perserved this way.

41. I cant believe they bring him to neverland. I think afther all that happend and they took away his Neverland and the magic it had he never wanted to go back. Thats what I think.
But I guess his family wants him to be there so they can make money out of it making it a shrine. I know fans will come there to see. And I am also a fan believe me but I dont think its good. But Micjael cant say anything anymore so for the family its easy to do and say what they want. And that is worry me they can do anything they want now now that he's gone.
I'm sure he left out his dad and he gets nothing. Well done Michael.

42. I bet he wanted to have a public memorial on the grounds of Neverland. That is the only reason i can think of why they are in such a rush to have this public viewing. From what i have heard it is a logistical nightmare.

44. Rest in Peace Michael. As for you clowns rubbishing him, why waste your time on here if you don't want to hear about it? Leave it be for those of the majority who miss someone so special.
