29. Michael didn't need a new will after 2002, he had little work, no hit songs, and no new assets, just a dwindling fortune. He had covered it all in the 2002 will. What he probably hadn't given thought to was the aging of his mother, and the fact that she lived with Joe Jackson, the tormentor of his life. There is a very clear reason why Joe Jackson was left out of the will, MICHAEL HATED HIS FATHER!!! He stated that fact with clarity during his televised interview with the British reporter. Michael said there was hate for his father, and then emphatically said, "a lot of hate." Nor, would Diana Ross be a good guardian due to her age, and the fact she is or was an alcoholic, and maybe a drug abuser. Grace the nanny whom the kids are used to and from all reports cares about their welfare would be the best person to raise the kids. There should be oversight by the court and attorney(s) as guardian ad litem, however, this would be the best and less disruptive course for the kids. Michael would never want his children exposed to his father on a daily basis, if at all. Also, Michael left Neverland Ranch saying he would never go back,therefore, to entertain the possibility of burying him there is silly, and against his wishes and the law. For the Jackson family to say Neverland will probably be made into a Jackson family retreat is another silly statement. Neverland needs to be sold. The Jacksons do not even pay their own house payments so who is supposed to bare the costs of making Neverland into a retreat? It seems clear from various Jackson family members that they do not grasp Michael's estate is not theirs, it was left in trust for the children. The COURT surely is aware enough that naming any of the Jackson's as trustee of the estate is to squander the children's inheirtance. I think Debbie Rowe could provide a good home for the children. At least it would be superior to any of the Jackson clan. Debbie was surely named in Michael's will because she rather blandly spoke to reporters at various times which was against her agreement with Michael. Lisa Marie Presley, on the other hand, received many millions more than Debbie, however, Lisa Marie had the foresight to never speak out about anything reguarding Michael, per their agreement. The two oldest kids are Debbie Rowe's biological children, they look like her, same eyes, chins, and more, there are no noted features of Michael Jackson in the children, however, that does not necessarily exclude him as the natural father. They are his legal children regardless of genetic factors. The further away Michael's children are from the remaining Jackson family the better their chance of growing up mentally sound. The Jackson's are all parasites. Do any of the brothers work? I think Michael Jackson has given his family enough. It isn't necessary for him to give his children, too. One only has to look at the Jackson children to know neither parent knows anything about how to bring up children. The Jackson's have a scewed value system. Lastly, I am of the opinion that Michael Jackson probably did pass the insurance physical prior to being signed for the tour. It well could be that he had been drug free for quite a long time. Maybe drugs only came into play when he was under stress and needed the added help to perform and to relax enough to sleep. If this is so then the blood sucking Jackson's are partly responsible for his death in that they not only sucked his life out but drained him of his money until it was necessary for him to do something to make more money, hense the proposed concert tour.
