Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the LAPD has asked the DEA to assist them in its investigation into multiple doctors who treated and prescribed medications for Michael Jackson.
The LAPD wants help in tracking down the source of medications. As we first reported, the powerful anesthesia Propofol was found in Jackson's home and it appears he got the drug through an IV before he died.

67. these doctors have got to stop giving these pampered addict stars whatever drugs they want for either money or to hang around them. It is still the addict's fault, he is an adult but something like this drug that is never given outside of the hospital, is going to have a doctor in this case charged with manslaughter, watch and see. No wonder the doc took off for 2 days and got a lawyer!

69. All prescriptions drugs should be banned from TV, radio, magazines and newspapers. Michael Jackson was famous but how many people are dying for overdose with those drugs every day? A lot.
USA in one of the two countries in the WORLD who allow pharmaceutical companies to put their drugs on TV. Why are they making such a big deal with tobacco?.. Give me a break...

70. I am just so heartbroken over Michael's death. As they say in the Bible, "Those who have not sinned shall cast the first stone." And I do believe that there is NO ONE out there that can have claim to that. Every soul Michael touched felt his sincerity, and how genuine he was. Millions of people all over the world, can atest to that. I just feel that when his ways were not of this world; people chose to pin a negative name to him, to provide for themselves the reasoning that they needed to understand him, in their way; instead of trying to see his side of things. How many times have we as individuals,fell victim to rumors ourselves? And how did you personally feel when you intercepted them?
Plain and simple, though we do not know the full story yet or maybe even ever....there are things to this story that just do not add up. The more we speculate, the more amo we give to those being dishonest, to put together a false story based on the ideas of our speculation. So, let's have stories come out....and allow for wholes to be revealed so that the truth can be discovered at least for the sake of giving answers to the Jackson Family. One thing is for sure, this entire situation is a great injustice. And for those that post on here, though you do have the right to express what you feel; have some respect for the dead.
