No other details about the service, set to begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday, have been revealed.

The news comes amid the frenzy of information -- some conflicting -- that has followed the death of Jackson.

Thursday, CNN learned the family trust created by Jackson to receive all of his assets includes his mother, his children and a list of charities, according to a person with direct knowledge to the contents of the trust.

Katherine Jackson's 40 percent share would go to Michael Jackson's three children after her death, the source said.

The children -- ages 7, 11 and 12 -- will also share 40 percent of the estate's assets and the remaining 20 percent will benefits charities designated by the executors of the will, the source said.

Wednesday, a federal law enforcement official said Wednesday night that the Drug Enforcement Administration had joined Jackson's death investigation, once again fanning speculation that drugs may have been involved in the pop icon's passing.

Earlier in the day, the Jackson family said they would not hold a public or private viewing of his body at Neverland Ranch, as had been reported.

And though Jackson's will, made public Wednesday, placed his entire estate in a family trust, the document that described the trust was not filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.

"He was such an enigma in life, why would we expect him to be anything different in death?" said Antoni Devon, a Jackson fan who huddled with other music lovers at a makeshift memorial for the singer outside Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

71. I think it's all for publicity. I thought the family said the kids don't even know her. I would like to know if she had on ongoing relationship with them. Has she been to the house to see them? Do they even know where she lives? I know she thought they would be better off with Micheal but there's no excuse for no contact. I really hope this isn't the case. I think if she has been involved then by all means get your kids or share custody with the grandmother. I hope they think through what best for those kids not who they belong to like some sort of game

72. Oh, god, here we go.......these kids are going to be in such turmoil. So very sad for them. Hopefully whatever decision is made will be made relatively quickly and there will be no long drawn out Baldwin/Basinger-type battle. Didn't that just settle after 8-9 years? The kids will practically be legal adults by the time this finishes if it goes that route!

73. Go Debbie, go Debbie! Finally someone with half a brain! So she is the mother, guess TMZ along with many other sources may holding onto some false info. And if she's the biological mother it's a slam dunk, maybe if she had just given birth to them the family of misfits might have a change but now not one. She retained parental rights and that's all that matters, and because all three have been together their whole lives and Michael has no legal rights here what so ever the youngest should come as part of the package deal to the only sane, capable one on this whole mess. She'll get custody of all three just wait and see, and since she's wasn't left a dime at least with her greed isn't the driving force unlike the rest of them.

74. 16. YES!!!!! I hope she fights for those kids and then hires the nanny that worked for Michael. At least that would be a good transition for them, someone they know and knows them. Joe Jackson should not be allowed those kids and Grandma Jackson is 79 years old---too old!!! I was hoping she would come out and fight for them. It is unfortunate they would have to be split up, because no one seems to know who the biological parents of the little one "Blanket" is?? Those two older ones look like her, they are HERS. Michael manipulated her into a sham of a marriage and then dumped her when she could not have anymore kids and kept her away from her own kids. She should have them and give them a normal life, one that does not involve their father being strung out on drugs 24/7. Go Debbie!!!!
