Jackson Drug Aliases

Michael JacksonMichael Jackson used a slew of aliases to score prescription meds, and we know the two names that could unlock the key to gross abuse by Jackson and some prominent doctors.

We've learned Jackson frequently used the names Omar Arnold and Jack London to get powerful drugs, including Demerol. Jackson also used the name of one of his bodyguards, as well as the name of the office manager for one of his doctors.

The DEA, which is joining to assist the LAPD in its investigation of several doctors who prescribed drugs to Jackson, will be hunting down these names and others.

Sources tell us the prescription abuse was so egregious, one doctor would call the pharmacy and say Jackson was coming down to get Demerol. The pharmacy would then fill the prescription, leaving the patient's name blank.

46. #20, Anna, totally agree with you. The health care professionals have ethical guidelines and professional standards to adhere to because if they don't they KNOW the stake is very high -- the human life. Every med student KNOWS that. IF what the allegations are true, there is no, absolutely NO justification for these doctors!!!

52. You CANNOT get lupus by being beaten.... it's probably heriditary, but maternally, not paternally, and I've had it for 20+ years. However I don't control it with opoids, that's NOT the way to go. Unless MJ had a double strand DNA test to CONFIRM lupus, it's only rumored he had SLE, you can check at www.lupus.org for info on the disease. If he was addicted to opiod pain meds it was his own fault. I've been given vicodin after surgery several times, but I never took more than the dosage my docs indicated. It's too easy to blame the doctors and the pharmacists, unfortunately 'doctor shopping' is very difficult to catch if the person pays cash for the drugs. And it's hardly ever prosecuted... think Rush Lindburg (though I'd rather not!!!). BTW you 'control' lupus with hydroxychlorquine and prednisone amongst other meds. If you need painkillers, you take ibuprofen, naproxen or acetminophen. If you need more than that, you need hospitalization to stabilize the flare.

57. Michael was in so much need of sleep or pain..but he was not going to the streets ad standing on street corners. THe Doctors are suppose to be professionals and deny these things no matter to whom and for what. The two things that can make you act desperatly is not having sleep or in pain. JUST SAY NO! DOCTORS!

58. Please! SLE (lupus) is a terrible disease of which I know personally since my wife has had this disease for nearly 30 years now! The types of medication used for treating SLE are not those MJ was "using". SLE is an systemic collagen imuune disorder that requires treatment with many types of medication but I can say my wife has never taken any of those MJ was misusing. You are sadly mistaken. Moreoever, no hematologist in their right mind would prescribe some the powefrul narcotics it wil be shown he was taken from mutliple sources. Get your facts straight about diseases. Beating has nothing to do with lupus. This is an insult to those that have this chronic illness and suffer greatly. I am also employed as clinical laboratory scientist and not once can I remember a patient coming through our system using these types of meds for Systemic Lupus Erythematosis (SLE).
