Michael JacksonWe've learned who's getting what in Michael Jackson's trust. Here's how it breaks down.

Katherine Jackson will get 40% of the assets.
Michael's 3 kids will get another 40%.
And the remaining 20% goes to several children's charities. We're told the charities have not been designated yet and are not specified in the trust.

We've also learned the California Attorney General is filing legal papers right now in the probate case -- the docs relate to the charitable gifts. The A.G. regulates charities in California.

A lawyer for the A.G.'s office will be in court at the next hearing.

THIS BEAUTIFUL BRONZE STATUE HAS PETER HOLDING A FLUTE WITH ONE HAND AND HIS OTHER HAND IS HELD UP TO THE HEAVENS. IT IS CRYING OUT FOR SOMEONE TO PUT A WHITE GLOVE ON IT! MICHAEL CONSIDERED HIMSELF THE PETER PAN OF POP AND INDEED HIS RANCH IS CALLED NEVERLAND AS IN J.M BARRIE'S STORY OF PETER PAN. THIS LOCATION WOULD ALSO SERVE PERFECTLY AS A YEARLY PILGRIMAGE SITE. I HAVE VISITED THE STATUE TWICE SINCE MICHAEL'S PASSING AND STILL THERE IS NOT ONE FLOWER LAID AT THE BOTTOM OF THE STATUE. SURELY I AM NOT ALONE IN THINKING THIS IS AN EXTEMELY APPROPRIATE IDEA?

198. Hell Yeah, you think the A.G. would miss a chance of trying to get someone's money. They are just as greedy. They would slander someone name real quick, but once they know someone with money wants some charities to have some, they are the 1st in line with their hands out.

I'm glad that his children and his mother gets his money and that Debbie Rowe doesn't get anything, I feel that she only wants them children now cause she knows they are going to be set for life now, its strange that she never wanted them all their life and even when Michael Jackson death was first known. 204. 40 x 40?? Plus 20? Nothing was left to Joe! Actually, "NOTHING" was left to ANY of the JACKSON FAMILY?? OUTSIDE of MOM!?!? Who will most likely leave "EVERYTHING" to the Kids? 205. I am A 39yr old white male. And I am offended by anyone that would call Michael Jackson A raciest! Although I was not one of his biggest fans, I could not doubt his true talent, or his real belief in HUMAN BIENGS, regardless of color.
NO MATTER IF YOUR BLACK OR WHITE? M.J. showed a clear preference to the "LIGHTER SKIN",, Did he not? But, How does any of that Say he didn't care about EVERYONE?
