Billy Mays Funeral -- Death of a Salesman

In pure Billy Mays fashion, all of Billy's pallbearers wore OxiClean button up shirts during his funeral in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania today.

Billy Mays Funeral
Mays died on Sunday morning in his sleep -- an autopsy suggested he died from complications due to heart disease.

65. Wow, not sure why I find this alittle disgraceful, unless of course this was his "final wish". Billy Mays (the person) was the Oxi-Clean man (the "celebrity"), not the other way around. Was he buried looking like a senior staff member of the best buy corp too? Hey family... Is this really all he was to you? The "Oxi-clean Man"? Shameful, I bet this photo "op" will be part of the "as seen on Tv" legacy. Do you think Emeril wants people dressed up as chefs to be pallbearers? or William Shatner wants people dressed up as "star wars" fans? What is next, all 4 of Mjs pallbarers, to be dress as cheap impersonators, is that a tribute? One would think the families of these celebrities would treat them as Family first and celebrity second.

I think some nice silk oxi clean suits, would have been better.

70. How sad this is. I was very surprised when I heard of his death on the radio. I'm still confused about what happened. From what I understood, he was on an airplane & during the flight, a heavy piece of luggage fell out of the top conpartment and hit him in the head, he went home, went to sleep and never woke up. Now I am hearing that he died of a heart attack. Anyway, no matter what caused his death, it is very sad and my heart goes out to his family. Poor thing.

72. This is so sad. Billy Mays was a wonderful man. It is too bad that he had to die within such close proximity to Michael Jackson because I am afraid Mr. Mays is not getting the attention that he deserved as a kind individual.

I am sure that his father is looking for his fifteen minutes as he carries his son's casket. You have no class and you do not act like a human being.
