61. Apologies for one last comment on this - re Blanket. For sure, these kids need to be together. If Debbie gets the older two, Blanket should go along. How awful that the space for "mother" was left blank on his birth certificate.... Do any of us really understand how that might feel to him? Horrible.....

He needs to be with his brother and sister through all this. I don't think the kids stand much of a chance, but if they get separated now, it would be really cruel.

63. In the whole scheme of things Debbie is the most normal of all of them. MJ manipulated those kids away from her. I would hate to see kids left in the Jacksons disfunctional family. No one ever saved MJ from his family. What makes anyone think his kids would be saved from them.

The only place these kids can try to lead a "normal" life is on their Mom;s horse ranch away from the stares and clare of the media and the public.

66. I thought she was just used to have the kids. I remember watching something on that. Basically like a surrogate- not for her to actually be their mother. This always happens...someone has their will written, mind you, these are THEIR wishes, and without fail someone always wants to fight it. It's all about the money, that's all it's ever about.

69. Some of you might have forgotten that Michael would be rotting in prison if it weren't for Debbie's testimony on his
behalf that turned the trial around. She was ALWAYS loyal to him, and one thing she has in common with her children----they all loved MJ!!!!!!!

70. What an awful situation. The courts must appoint someone to represent the best interests of the 3 children. Under no circumstances should they be seperated, they have suffered enough, loosing the only parent they know. They need each other for comfort.

Tough call on who should raise the kids. Mrs. Jackson is getting on in years and it would be devistating if the kids were to suffer the death of another "parent". Debbie may be the mother of Prince and Paris, but does she have any relationship with them? Do they know her? She said she would take "Blanket" but would he be awarded to her since he's not her son?

It's all just very sad.

71. The kids do not know who the hell she is. She could have maintained contact all these years if she REALLY cared. She walked away with a fat wallet and did not look back. Michael is dead and it is about respecting his wishes. This is why people draft wills. I want my wishes in my will to be respected. What's the sense of a will?

This is just so disgraceful. These kids lost their father. Can you imagine that your fathers death is all over radio, tv, everywhere...To remove those kids from the only family structure that they know would be additionally traumatic.

It takes more than biology to be a mother ask any adopted parent or guardian.

73. If she has the audacity to go to court to get the $$$ - er, I mean children - IF I WERE THE JUDGE, I'd ask to see HER will. If these children were so important to her, then she'd have made a will providing for them, just like Michael Jackson did. I think hell will freeze over waiting to see HER will that shows she provided for those babies.

We all know she was just an egg donor and surrogate womb, now she wants the $$$ (er, children)? How many other surrogates get the children? Even her marriage wasn't consummated, so how does she have a right!

74. Look at the jacksons they all hate one another none of them are on speeking terms the kids dont have a chance at a normal life. Debbie is the mother and will get the kids per ca law. You can't just sell them in ca or any other state she'll get them back in the end unless she is proven to be unfit this is not the case.

75. If D is the bio-mom she should get custody. The only reason she signed away paternity was b/c MJ paid her to. If it turns out that she really was just a surrogate (not biologically related) than it doesn't make sense for her to get custody. In that case a sibling of MJ should contest the will & fight K for custody, b/c if K gets those kids J will be in their lives 24/7 & we already know what his influence has done for anyone brought up by that. It may not be a bad idea if Diana Ross were to get the kids, she is named in the will as 2nd guardian. I wish MJ would've stated in the will that K could have custody if J was no way to have any part in the day-to-day raising of the kids. J is a pathetic excuse for a parent....I know I have my own dead beat dad & abusive step-monster. I feel bad for the Jackson sibs & MJ's kids.
