Jackson Sought Out Anesthesia

MIchael JacksonMichael Jackson made the rounds at L.A. doctors' offices, often getting anesthesia for minor outpatient procedures -- procedures that did not require anesthesia.

Medical sources say Jackson would get cosmetic surgery, collagen injections, Botox and acne treatment for which he would often be put under or sedated, even when it was not medically necessary.

One medical source described Jackson as "an anesthesia addict."

We're also told Jackson would get controlled substances, such as Demerol, during and after these minor procedures.

The question now -- which docs were happy to oblige the singer?

As we first reported, police found the anesthesia Propofol in Jackson's house after he died, and it's looking like that's the drug that killed him.

16. Four days b4 death, he begged for Propofol as his body is "one side hot & one side cold".
The rehearsal video is taken 2 days b4 death......that means he is "survived" by Propotol for 2 days and collapsed later.
Who is the manslaughter??

17. I agree with Ginger, it would not surprise me if he was just getting plastic surgeries done as an excuse for anesthesia and pain meds. This is all so shady. I feel really sorry for him in some ways.

21. I would want to go under if I was getting Botox or collagen injections. I hate pain.. it makes me want to vomit haha.

Meu nome é Wellington, sou brasileiro, moro em Rio das Ostras, estado do Rio de Janeiro.
Aqui no Brasil todos ficamos muito tristes com a morte do astro Michael Jackson.
Ele era muito querido entre todos os brasileiros, as noticias na TV e na imprensa escrita estão sendo divulgadas de minuto a minuto. Todos as atençoes estão para a grande perda do momento.
Gostaria de deixar uma singela homenagem a estre astro que já esteve por tres vezes no nosso Brasil, e sempre com passagens muito marcantes e históricas.

23. most of us DRINK to forget! some smoke pot.. NOW we know the absolute fear that gripped Jacson due to his indiscretions.. HE COULD NOT SLEEP.. he could not live with himslef. So he HAD to have anesthesia to knock him out. otherewise his mind wss haunted with the filth he perpretrated.

Some doc...better go to jail...at the very least get thrown out of the profession..lose their licenses..Yes..ultimately it was MJ's responsibility..but ..when the doctors set you up to become and addict and feed his need...for money..theses doctors are totally unethical "Do no harm"..and that's illegal..certain drugs like these should not be allowed to be given outside a surgical hospital or clinic.. this just didn't have to happen..accidental on Micheals part..negligent homocide on the doctors part.

26. These could explain all the bad plastic surgery. Hes thinking his so called friendly doctors were only do minor procedures as he layed there high and knocked out. He only wanted smooth skin- but dude woke up white. D@mn Dr. Frankenstein quacks

27. Question 1. Who was doctor/person who administered it the day he died? Initial reports mentioned Murray injected him with Demerol. Murray's attorney stated cleary Murray had not prescribed him with Demerol or Oxycontin, but never mentioned this. I remember hearing Liza Minelli saying "all hell was going to break loose".... I wonder if this is what she meant? Did Murray's out of state offices also serve as outpatient clinics?

Question 2. You referenced BOTOX...and for those who have watched your site over the last days know-- ole Dr. Klein used the Botox pillow as a block from the camera (before he opened his mouth further). So where is he?

Question 3. Why, if that woman Cherilynn Lee was hitting the TV network news would the police then say 2 days later "oh we'd like to talk to her." And more importantly, why didn't she contact the police FIRST?

..............Hospitals.........check your inventories!

I hope that Jermaine knows now that maybe the DEA and CA AG don't get involved for minor things-- just sad if what he said was true, that he did not know his brother had this problem.

29. Today I was sitting in an office waiting 3 hours to be served, and while I was sitting there I saw a man with an I.V. (bandaged) in his arm. And that got me to thinking about MJ. and how I remembered how he would wear those Long Gloves and tape the ends of his fingers. Not to meantion that never really saw MJ in short arrm shirts. (and if he did, proberly was a day he did not have and I.V in his arm). I just saying....(as TMZ always does) that ..could MJ be hiding injection marks on his finger tips. After all ..why was he always wearing Taped fingers. (was he a diabetic...cause my husband has to stick his finger and test himself lots). Make one think....don't it after the circumstances around his Death.
