Madame Tussauds has outdone themselves by making the most real-looking wax figure of a D-list celeb -- Kathy Griffin.

Granted when you have fake hair, teeth and body parts, the figurine basically sculpts itself.

Kathy attempted to crack a smile at the waxen beauty's unveiling in Vegas yesterday.

46. This woman is so full of herself always running around in a bikini......even dropping her pants onstage to show off her "gorgeous" figure (as she perceives it). She is so loud and boisterous plus sacreligious. I cannot stomach her for five minutes. Just GO AWAY!!!!!!

48. Kathy is one talented,caring and funny person...her attitude is for stage when in reality she is very kind and easy to hurt...so,for those who think she's mean-well u guys are ignorants and idiots...what else is there to say?kathy rocks and deserves much more.
