wow.....when i watched the video a google ad came up at the bottom and it was an ad for a sex offender registration site to see if such offenders live in your 'hood. HOW IRONIC !

Basically it means that an advertizer has used MJ's name (and variations of such) as keywords for his sex offender ad, meaning if google ad sees those keywords in the content, it pulls up the matching ad. So someone is obviously targeting jackson's name to publish the ad to more people.
