The British Are Coming ... For Jackson

Michael JacksonThere are reports as many as a million people may come to L.A. for the Michael Jackson memorial on Tuesday. We can tell you for sure -- there's a British invasion.

A rep from British Airways tells us there has been a "huge influx" of reservations in the last few days by people from England trying to make their way to the memorial. The rep says people are "flying as close to L.A. as they can and then taking connecting flights."

In addition to non-stop and direct flights to L.A., flights from Heathrow to San Francisco and from Heathrow to Denver are almost full.

The rep says they expect all flights -- direct and indirect -- to be sold out by the end of the day.

198. May our true God continue to be with the Jackson's family. I agree with #7 Jill. Don't you know that the devils are running around inside human bodies. Death is so misunderstood. Some cave thinking people make mocking at death when actually we are the ones left here in UNDERCOVER HELL! He has evolved to his next phase of everlasting life. He contributed much to this world like many of our Ancient Africans and African Americans - there was no others!
So like Micheal's little sister would say- WHAT HAVE YOU DONE LATELY-TO MAKE THIS WORLD A BETTER PLACE!!!!!

199. To all the negative comments regarding Michael Jackson's death/memorial. There is no reason for you to be rude/disrespectful. Do not judge him (who are you to judge?). EVERYONE has problems, issues. No one is perfect, including you. Be happy and thankful with what you have.

If people from other countries/states are coming to Los Angeles to grieve for Michael Jackson, what is their harm to you? Do you honestly think his memorial is going to bring in $ to Los Angeles? I mean honestly, their $ spent is not going to help Los Angeles with their deficeit. They would have to spend BILLIONS of dollars, so get real. Yes, there will be traffic (but isn't that normal?), riots, and "crazy fans" but to some, Michael was an inspiration, a talented human being, and one-of-a-kind. So just build a bridge and get over it.

200. It is a mistake to have something like this at such a small place. But then AEG is the owner. Money to be made and media attention. The stadium would have been too small. What makes anyone think that a celebration for Michael Jackson will bring in less than President Obama or Sarah Palin?? Think ahead folks...think!!

202. No insurance company paid anybody. It does not take a rocket t science to know that an Insurance company is subject to regulations and if could not pay anyone unless there is proof that it was done, which would have been a conviction. SHAME ON YOU FOR YOUR LIES.

Whenever you have visitiors in your city to tend to make money and thats is what LA needs. People coming there are bringing money to spend and who comes to LA and don't shop most people do. Just wait and see how much money is going to be made in the name of one person Michael Jackson I love you may you rest in peace.
