20. Carol, you're right -- she did have her C/D-cup implants removed a few weeks ago to bring her down to a B. What is not known is if she had them removed outright or had a smaller implant put in (my guess is the latter as she was an A before her first surgery). The cantalope look no longer served her in her new career as a fashion designer, and apparently Anna Wintour, the editor of American Vogue, told her to lose them if she ever wanted to be on their cover.
She looks inifinitely better with the smaller breasts.
