Sales for tickets to attend the King of Pop's final farewell are running rampant on sites like eBay, but watch out before you put in a bid -- the company is removing tickets sales from the site as fast as possible. 
We got a screen grab of a pair of tickets that already cost $10,000 (kind of them to offer free shipping) -- but the link was disabled shortly after we found it.
Incredibly expensive and hard to get? Good luck...

Profit was their motivation to sign up for the drawing?
An honourable person would not keep people really wanting to go to MJ's memorial service by competing with them through signing up for the ticket-drawing... .
Personally, I'm not interested getting a ticket, but I think they should give it away for free or a symbolic dollar for those passionately wanting to say goodbye to Michael.
So, shame on THEM!

Good Morning,
I have a question about the tickets. I live in Glendora, California and was told that the person that received the notification has to pick up the tickets at Dodger site with ID in order to get them. It was mention that person would have a wrist band attacted at that time and if that band was tampered with or cut they would let you in.
The people who are trying to sell only the voucher online has to be the one to get the tickets. I can't understand why these were even give out in Canada.It sounds to me, this was intentional so many someone could make a profit from tickets that people were unable to show up and collect.
I would love to attend but I can't afford the high price of a ticket. I have Cancer and not able to put out that type of money.
Let me know if you find out something different.

24. A pedophile should not be given such attention. The freaks trying to sell the tickets on Ebay are just posting the ticket for sell on craigslist. Shocker!
Tax payer money should not be used to secure the site of a criminal. All costs should be charged to the estate. The estate should be divided in half - half going to his children. The other half placed in trust for the unknown number of victims of this pedophile. They will need a lifetime of counseling.

25. I don't understand why if I had won two tickets in a lottery that I would later be told that I had to use them or lose them. It's kind of like winning a car in a church raffle. What I do with the car should be none of the church's business. I won it so it should be mine to do whatever I want with it, including giving it away or selling it to the highest bidder. Don't give me something and then tell me how I have to use it.

27. WAKE UP!! Ebay doesnt care about anyone!! They have high school kids running the website and answering the phones from Salt Lake City!! Go figure ..Plus Ebay doesnt give a rats ass about sellera ..but Ebay allows any other ticket to be sold, so why not Jacksons??. Does everyone actually believe that everyone that signed up was actually going to his funeral?? .. Ebay has become a trashed up yard sale with nothing but repos, scams and repackaged or returned defective merchandise!! The new CEO has ruined Ebay forever with his stupidity!! 28. I was SO GLAD to hear that e-bay is following up on this, but I stilI encourage EVERYBODY reading these posts to VOICE YOUR DISGUST to e-bay for not monitoring these ticket sales on e-bay. Craigslist has blocked people who are capitalizing on Jackson's death so why can't e-bay? You can bet they MUST have a monitoring system or anybody could post anything on their site (drugs, sex, etc.) so WHY AREN'T THEY STOPPING THIS SICK PROCESS going on in their website? I have already complained to e-bay and will file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center as well. Contact the L.A. attorney general, contact the LAPD, complain to the Federal Trade Commission - they have on-line complaint forms and you WILL BE HEARD.
I am not a Michael Jackson die-hard fan, though I am deeply saddened by this tragic loss to the world. I am simply speaking up for HUMAN DECENCY.
