Jackson Showdown in Court Today

31. Debbie surely got the Jacksons attention when she said she wanted a restraining order against Joe around the children. That has been the only statment I have heard that makes any sense. She wants to protect those kids from what happen to Michael. All those children where abused by Joe do you hear any other voices from that miserable money grubbing family saying we must keep Joe away from the children. No they are all waiting for Katherines 40 percent so they can manipulate this senile old woman. When Katherine dies all of the 40 percent goes back to the children, that family will probably keep her dead in a chair and stuffed like the physco, just so they can collect her 40 perscent. I can just hear brutal Joe she is just fine and happy.

33. OK, yes it is sad that a woman is burying her son. But she wasn't sad enough that she couldn't go to court right after his death to want control over his finances, children, and her and her family go to Neverland and take approximately 2,000 items that were not to be removed per the will that was filed. How much sadness is that?????

36. I practice family law and the will means nothing as far as custody is concerned. The will specifies where MJ wanted the kids to go should he die, but guess what folks? Children are not property they can not be dispensed in a will like a house can. The court will take into consideration what he wanted, but the will is not the end all be all for deciding where the children will go. Secondly, Katherine is 80 years old. She is not going to live more than 3 or 4 years TOPS. Do you want to see another custody fight in 3 or 4 years (if she's lucky)??? Diana Ross is old and crazy. Unfortunately, these kids are probably going to end up with Debbie Rowe.

39. Branca needs to get be appt admin like yesterday, already I have read reports that Katherine has "allowed" Tito to "take" MJ stuff to his house, and it's not as if Katherine has to be in court, only the lawyers. The executors need to get control before the estate is looted by the MJ vampires.

40. The Jackson family may indeed be blinded by the money. Since day one that have lived on the generous hand outs by Michael Jackson and now they want to control the money. These vultures should be charged for having Los Angeles foot the bill for the fact that they chose to extend this fiasco for 12 days before laying their son in the grave. 12 days of hype and mayheim when they could have easily have done this memorial last Friday when it would not have had the major impact that it will. Don't they understand that many Americans don't share the same enthusiasm for the King of Poop, the hideous creature that took young boys into his bed? Now that the King is dead the vultures and circling with Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson as everyone wants a piece of the king's carcus. I just hope that rioting and looting don't occur in LA on Tuesday becuase if it does, then I suggest charging Katherine and Joe Jackson.

41. Joe Jackson is laying low since Debbies comment about a restraining order. That is Debbies leveling tool Joes Brutality. I heard Joe say on TV aft Michaels death that he never hurt Michael and Katherine hit Michael more than he did. You know in the background he is pushing his bully agenda with his fearful family. It is too bad no one has the guts in that family to admit the truth of his brutality. Only Michael told the truth and Michael told the truth to Debbie. She at one time was a very good friend of his as well as being his wife and surrogate Mom. She knows what brutality Michael had gone through with Joe Jackson. I am sure Liz TAylor and The other female singer know the truth as well. You can see Michaels aversion to his Father a early as 2006 when his Father tries to help him walk and Michael pulls away from him and a body gurad helps him instead. Michael said when his Father was close it made him vomit.

44. It is so sad that we lost such a wonderful, the most kind and gentle person like Michael Jackson. He is also an extremely talented musician and the best performer that has no match.
Sadder that people around him who has no respect for his wishes. Those leeches, greedy evil people that are waiting to take what they can get from him and even after his death.
I believe God took Michael back because He knows that there is a better place for Michael Jackson. He made the world a better place. He touched the heart of millions in every corner of the world. Still, there are jealous, cold hearted people who want to cut him down, judge him when they themselves have no place and no right to judge. So many lessons we all can learn from his life, the biggest one is maybe " who to trust " My deepest and most sincere loving wishes to his family especially his three children. May God bless them all.

45. one thing that I have not heard come out is that a few months ago Neverland was partially sold to a company and shared joint ownership... now we hear one of the jacksons on Larry King stating that they want to hold ownership and all... doesnt sound right to me..
