1277. Face it, Pete. As long as people want to hear about Michael Jackson the media will provide information. Republicans talk a lot about family values but Lord knows I’ve heard enough about George Bush and his alcoholic past, his daughters and their drinking, Sarah Palin and her unwed, underage daughter, (there's a shining example!), Mark Sanford and his infidelity... and so much more. I do, however, respect others' rights to watch what they like and if I don't like it, I simply change the channel. Being a politician does NOT give you the right to tell us who our heroes should, or should not be. Don't you have something better to do? Go on, Pete! Get out there and inspire the world like Michael did, if you can. Do something positive for a change so your supporters can hold their heads up again, and those of us who are non-supporters can stop laughing!

1279. Well said with the last comment i agree completely! I think Michael Jackson was in a way doing the Lords work in this world,the only way he knew how, he sang songs to the world hoping they would listen to these words he was singing. And people do the opposite how frustrating that is for me let alone Michael Jackson....people need to do what he sings, look in the bloody mirror and make a change!!! 1281. Such utter narrow-minded stupidity should not be tolerated any more. As the dead can't be defamed Mr King would obviously not say the same things if Michael Jackson were alive or a big lawsuit would follow. Elvis was a proven pedophile, dating at 13- or 14-year-old-girl proves it, Mr Jackson was never convicted or am I missing something? Innocent until proven guilty has suddenly been turned around the other way. We need antibiotics strong enough to get rid off germs like Mr King.
