We've learned the "second" will that was lodged with the court was signed by Michael Jackson in 1997. That will was declared null and void when the 2002 will was signed.
The main reason Jackson updated his will in 2002 -- the birth of his last two children.
In both the '97 and 2002 wills, Jackson's lawyer/friend John Branca was named co-executor.

20. lets just say Katherine did get control of the estate, she would be in control of her 40% and the chilren's 40% for a total of 80%. Didn't Katherine and Joe file for bankruptcy several years ago.... I think someone needs to be watching out for the interest of the kids financially and that should be Katherine. She should have them and MJ's estate will pay her child support on top of her 40%. But lets some independent over see the money.....

25. I just find it interesting that none of his siblings are named in any role whatsoever -- not inheritors, not guardians, not executors....nothing. I don't think his siblings were all that close to him -- e.g., Jermaine's lack of knowledge about basic Michael stuff during the LKL interview. Miko Brando knew more detail than Jermaine. Michael may have shut them out....who knows.

I believe Michael Jackson had a more recent Will than 2002, his Mother should Contest this will, I know it has a "no contest" but a good lawyer could get her around this because she is not Contesting the other Beneficiaries she would be contest the Executors and holders of the Will whom no doubt should be letting her know now, we destroyed Michael's Real Will.

28. MJ is dead. He died because he was a hopeless drug addict. It's sad yes, but the way the media has portrayed him as all but walking on water is worse. You should all be ashamed of yourselves for the non-stop 24 hour coverage you've given to a man who died from a drug overdose.
