Jackson Body En Route to Staples
Michael Jackson's body was just carried out of The Hall of Liberty at Forest Lawn Cemetery. He will be transported to the Staples Center for his public memorial.

The reason there was a private service at Forest Lawn Cemetery was to allow for a service that acknowledged Mrs. Jackson's Jehovah's Witness religious faith and the one that Michael was raised in. It also allowed his family to say a private good-bye to him. I am sure no one of expected to see his family bid their good-byes to Michael at the Staples Center...especially his three children. It also allowed the family to have a private viewing of Michael before the public memorial service. The pallbearers were his brothers; Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon, and Randy. I don't know who the sixth pallbearer was but he was more than likely family...possibly a nephew or cousin. They all wore matching black suits, white dress shirts, yellow ties and red rose boutonnieres on their lapels. I thought the memorial service was very classy and dignified although I could have done without Al Sharpton.

32. A beautiful & spiritual memorial service, fitting of a King. Michael was an American version of royalty, with all the good and not so good which that entails. The people in charge of organizing this memorial service and the Jackson family did a wonderful job. Preparing for such a good-bye for a family is very surreal during this time of such profound sadness, and I, for one, am grateful they were able to create this beautiful tribute for Michael to share with us. I will never forget it.
Now let's all work to make this world a better place as a lasting legacy to this legend. Shall we start by looking in the mirror?! Love & Peace

34. This is a great public memorial I have ever seen in my life. Michael Jackson will be remember forever in our heart and no one on this planet could ever replace him. For those who critise him as a child molester, please don't be so cure. It is those who critise him have made him suffer and go through all those strange untrue lies is the one who kill him. God will never forgive you all. May God Bless those who pray and love him. Michael Jackson, may you Rest In Peace. We love you forever.
