and what was it with her hand, was she trying to direct herself, all the wrong notes, i was releaved her dress was at least presentable.

35. When Mariah Carey covered "I'll Be There" years ago on her album, she did a beautiful job. Today - Trey could have taken the song and done much more with it than her. I am a singer and my guess is she had some kind of laryngitis or throat issue, but .... She was horrible. It was like watching Cyclops, with her hair over one eye, and I agree with #17 - the flicking of the fingers has always been an issue, but now it is out of control.
I don't know why she dresses the way she does, but it certainly does not endear her to those of us who take our music seriously. She is extremely talented, but doesn't have to 'show the girls' every time she performs - bad taste...

RIP Michael - you have earned it.

her new single obsessed has not even been released yet and its already hitting up the charts. its supposed to be released this week. when it becomes her 19th number 1... I BET all u ppl saying she's a has beeen would shut the helll up.

how successful are you guys who are saying she is a has been? i bet u all who r saying that are working at jobs that earn under 150k per yr and would never achieve as much success as she has in your field of work.

iam a musician myself and i sing as well. i once performed a song which meant alot to me.. i sang it on stage and i wasnt able to finish the song because i was sobbbing and wasnt able to sing properly. my voice was wobbling as in half sobbing half singing.. I DARE U GUYS TO TRY IT.. as a singer i know how affected your voice goes when you try to sing when you are crying. think of the most saddest thing in your life... it might be your parents passing away or something real sad that makes you cry and then try sing properly. i GUARANTEEE YOU CANT.

40. I cringed when Mariah started to sing. She has lost her voice. Fair enough, it is an emotional day but but the last few times I've seen her sing live she was damn right awful. One performance, where she sang "Hero" I had to turn the sound down.

Jennifer Hudson on the other hand ..... fantastic and she should record that song.
