L.A. Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa is asking fans of Michael Jackson to kick in and offset the $4 million it will cost the city to cover the city's costs associated with the funeral and memorial.

49. MJ was a phenominal talented person. I am not taking that away from him. BUT WAKE UP AMERICA!!!!!!!! Here is a man that would spend hundreds and thousands of dollars on friggen vases for his home. There is no reason for the state of California toprovide ANYTHING free of charge to him. They owe him nothing. When are certian people in AMERICA going to get it out of their head that our country does not owe these people nothing. THe only person we should owe anything to is a VET or a soilder who have laid their lives on the line to serve and protect our country.
