SWAT Team to Escort Jackson Body

Michael JacksonWe've just learned law enforcement has launched a plan to escort Michael Jackson's body from Forest Lawn to the Staples Center.

The plan calls for a "heavy motorcade" with the LAPD's SWAT team as part of the escort.

There is also a contingency plan to helicopter the body to Staples if there's an issue of safety.

We're also told approximately 100 people will attend the private memorial at Forest Lawn -- mostly family members. After the service the plan is to follow the body to Staples.

138. first i want to say all this talk about a freak why is it that he is guilty? was it ever proven that he did all these things to the children? i dont think so it is like his bro said yesterday now maybe every one will leave him alone. but is not the important thing this? look at his children? they have lost a father where is all the comments about that? why is it all these people that love to say all the things about him? but i do not see where they have taken time to even think about his kids. it is not the fault what either what he did or did not do lets remember in this time look at is this way? how would every one of you feel if that was your parent and the whole world was putting him down. lets just do this for once lets put aside what we may or may not think about him and lets think of what his children are going thru. all i can say is this? who are we to judge? there is only one true judge and that is god and im sure that mr. jackson will get his judgeing at his time and not ours

For all the doubters about paternity of those children you only had to look at them next to Janet, yes they were a bit lighter but they have a white mother Paris and the other two looked like they had african american in them, but any way who cares that little girl is devastated at losing her DADDY so for the children ssake people should just leave that issue alone. I'm quite sure when their older they'll be told the truth if M J isn't their dad REST IN PEACE MICHAEL.

Yes, its sad that MJ is dead & worst that the Network of TMZ allow the use of intimidating tactics, lack of respect & simply just rude & unprofessional reporting so they can voice their own disturbing opinions for the sake of ratings. Celebrities see the TMZ crew or van, & do there best to avoid them because of their shameless behavior & antics. Not easy to watch.

142. Its Sad that MJ is dead but worst is that the Network & TMZ shameless use of intimadating tactics, lack of respect, unprofessional reporting & disturbing behavior & conduct
to voice their own opinion for the purpose of ratings at the expense of others.No wonder celebrities avoid TMZ / Van. What a surprise, to see HarveyLevin, the head of TMZ be condensending towards his staff & now I understand why they operate in the same offensive way.
