Michael Jackson Memorial

Michael JacksonWe've learned Michael Jackson's body will not be going back to Forest Lawn.

The body will go somewhere else pending final burial -- we don't know where that is. If a casket goes to Forest Lawn, it's a decoy.

We've learned the death certificate lists Forest Lawn as the responsible mortuary because the body was embalmed there -- but the rest is being kept secret.

Michael's Memorial

After over two hours of speeches and songs, Michael Jackson's poignant and sad memorial service has come to an end. Check out some of the memorial highlights.

Jackson Death Certificate

We've obtained a copy of Michael Jackson's death certificate. On cause of death, it says "deferred."

It does say Forest Lawn Cemetery was a "temporary" disposition of the body. As we first reported the body will not go back to Forest Lawn. Final burial is pending at an unknown location.

Jackson's occupation is listed as "musician." The type of business is "entertainment." Years in occupation -- 45.

As for race, the word "black" is written.

The informant -- the person who gave the information for the death certificate -- is listed as La Toya Jackson.

The place of residence is not listed as the Holmby Hills home -- rather, it's listed as his parents' home in Encino.

Michael's Daughter: 'I Love Him So Much'

Michael Jackson's only daughter, 11-year-old Paris Michael Katherine, just gave an emotional speech at her father's memorial service -- saying he was the "best father you could ever imagine. I love him so much."

Jackson Chopper Contingency

Michael JacksonLaw enforcement tells us their contingency plan to get Michael Jackson from Forest Lawn to Staples Center has some danger associated with it.

L.A. City Fire Captain William Wick says if a processional on the freeway is too dicey, a fire dept. chopper will take Jackson's body to downtown L.A. But he says "I'm concerned for our pilot's safety," because of the 20 news choppers hovering around in a tight air space.

Capt. Wick says he's considering calling the FAA to restrict the airspace.

Again, the plan is to take Jackson's body by motorcade -- the helicopter plan is the contingency, but they're getting ready for it.

Motorcade Sponsored by Range Rover, Rolls

Motorcade Sponsored by Range RoverWe've learned the Range Rovers in the motorcade transporting Michael Jackson's family to Forest Lawn was handled by Land Rover Encino.

We're told last night at 10 PM 10 drivers pulled up to Encino Range Rover and picked up 10 vehicles -- a combo of regular and superchargers.

We also just found out O'Gara Coach Company in Bev Hills, and the dealership allowed the family to use 3 of its cars.

The dealership is not charging the Jackson family.

The vehicles will be returned tonight.

SWAT Team to Escort Jackson Body

Michael JacksonWe've just learned law enforcement has launched a plan to escort Michael Jackson's body from Forest Lawn to the Staples Center.

The plan calls for a "heavy motorcade" with the LAPD's SWAT team as part of the escort.

There is also a contingency plan to helicopter the body to Staples if there's an issue of safety.

We're also told approximately 100 people will attend the private memorial at Forest Lawn -- mostly family members. After the service the plan is to follow the body to Staples.

You are a freak,,,,and stupid... Despite what has happened whether true or not,,it was in the past,, and we are all not perfect.. well maybe u r...U act like this man did nothing to effect the world in a good way.. It does not surprise me that animals of hate such as yourself can only be obessed with negativity despite the good one has done. YOU ARE A HATER AND MJ WILL ALWAYS BE THE KING OF POP. Despite what effed up 'ish someone with such a little mind as yourself and others have to say.. You will never be able to take that away from Michael.. talent and skill. It is folks like yourself that pushed Michael to take meds to deal with his pain.. You sound angry like you have some PTSD - were you abused as a child?

47. Very tasteless for people to be posing for photos.
This has become more about a FREE PUBLICITY MEDIA EVENT For alot of people with sagging faces,And careers.
You don't smile and pose for pictures at a funeral.

48. How is it that taxpayers in California are picking up the cost of this spectacle at the Staples Center, along with all the security, etc. MJ was worth 500 million, coservatively estimated. Surely they should pay ALL of the costs! Who arranged the event at the Staples Center? How canthey do that without putting up mega-dollars. I know if I wanted to use it, they'd be asking for big dollars up front. Churches and events have to pay for security. Why is LA giving it away to someone who is richer than 99.9999999999999999% in the world? I loved MJ's music, but this is nuts!

50. Sorry to disappoint you Ms. Metz, MJ will NOT be going to heaven. God doesn't allow child molesters in heaven. I believe he will be going to that other place. A lot HOTTER. Maybe he can do his moonwalk across the fire.

51. Micheal Jackson--his name brings so many emotions. Awe, love, hate, disappointment, confusion, and ambivalence being just a few. However you feel on this man, the Jackson's and Micheal himself deserve this time of mourning and grief, each in their own way.
We must remember that this person was handled since a young age, first by his parents, then his father, then the music and entertainment industry and then the fans and papparazzi. He was never allowed to have a childhood nor feel the emotions of the child. He was never given the luxury and time needed to grow up and be normal! Blame whoever you wish, but we are all to blame for these things. Michael himself, at some point in life, should have sought help for his problems whether it be with his relationships with children, drugs, money or just his mental health. This was impossible when all of those around him used him for his celebrity, money, influence or connections. Micheal made many bad choices, but in a lifetime we all make bad choices. The difference is that without the celebrity and money he would have had to learn the consequences of his actions at an early age and correct them. As long as the handlers were doing everything they could to simply get by a problem and enable him to continue they did him no favors--there was no growth---no maturing---no learning from his mistakes, just indulgence into his fantasies and behaviors. Michael had problems, but we all share in the blame----no one stepped up and said that he was outside the norms---he was being self destructive---he was tainting his golden star to any serious extent. Anyone who did this would be a true friend and/or family. Now the only thing left is the rumors, custodial fights, greed, fifteen minutes of fame for all of those waiting in the wings and all of those parasites looking to make money from his name!
Rest in Peace Michael---these issues are now beyond you---but don't expect the circus to stop touring!

52. We must remember that there is a grieving family. Unless you were there during his upbringing, there as he was being raised by his parents, there with all the rigid schedules, there as he became a man, how can anyone honestly judge this person? "He without sin, cast the first stone"..........? Michael perhaps was his own worst enemy, if he is guilty of anything, it is that he was a brilliant person with a brilliant music mind, and unfortunately alot of people, perhaps by the hundreds took advantage of him for practically all of his life.

Think about it, he never had a childhood, yep, he made millions, but did he ever enjoy it? He made fans cry, and scream and want to like him, be with him, they adore him, but was he ever ever really happy.

I for one will not judge him, the accusations, etc., the fact is, only Michael and the people who brought this horrendous charges against him and God are the only ones who really know, and know this, if they lied on him, they will have to live with it, and perhaps if he is guilty of any of the wrong doings, perhaps these are the things that drove him to do whatever it is that caused his untimely death. We will never ever know?

He is someone's son, someone's brother, and someone's father, and rather than judge him on the past, let's try to remember that we all have something in our lives that perhaps we wish had never happened.

He brought alot of wonderful music into this world, and world has indeed lost a great person. Who are we to judge how we should handle his death and his memorial, the fans are speaking out, he is loved by millions, and he will not be forgotten, so perhaps his ending will be far greater than anything his endured during his beginning?

Let's learn to love, to stop judging, and realize that if God can forgive those that brutually murdered him, when he never did any sin, why can't we too learn to forgive as well.

God is Love...................

53. After all of the problems in the economy, I cannot believe that the State is actually being called upon to pay for this spectacle. Perhaps he did do all those things he was accused of, perhaps he didn't. One thing is for sure, he has met "Our Maker" and as of this moment, he has given an account of all of the things done, whether good or bad. I, for one, do not idolize or pay tribute to him. My whole life has been spent protecting and serving the public. I think he was a pervert. Whether or not that is true, (again, only him and God and unfortunately, any victims) will know the truth. Maybe now that he's gone, the real victims will speak up. Anyway, I wouldn't give one red cent to go to pay for this "memorial". He did and stood for all I am against. "JustCan'tBelieveIt".

55. This is the most rediculous abuse of taxpayer money. The mayor is asking for money. What more of a three ring circus can this be? This man was a pedophile and drug abuser. He never said no to his demons. Rough kinds of people "took advantage" of Michael but really these are the people that he would seek out because he could have their little boys. He was a great performer and musician but thats it....he paid off so many people for his misdeeds and now Geraldo Rivera is calling him the victim. Geraldo, the children were the victims of Michael and their parents. What has happened to your truth telling? I am sick of these media events, conjured up to stir up the people to hysteria over everything that happens. Bankrupt Californis is PAYING for this horrible display for a career criminal. Michael's talent does not excuse his crimes.

56. This is such a sad time for Micheal Jackson family and friends and fans. I wish everyone that has nothing nice to say about a man that has done nothing to recieve all of this negative attention. He has died let him be in piece. He is human stop trying to make something negative out of his life.If people would just care about one another maybe media would quit trying to find something negative about everything. I will always think that Micheal wanted everyone to get along and be happy. He will be missed.I hope the media will leave in peace.I know that will not happen but I pray it will.

58. What a bunch of phony bastards. When he was in court for child molestation, no one even acknowledged him, now everyone is his friend? People need to get a grip on reality, he was a no body who made a few records, and that's it. I hope this means we won't see anymore Michael Jackson.

59. I think this is very sick. We are honoring a sick guy who had to die because he couldn't be fixed. This is a money making scam. California, isn't this state in serious financial trouble???
Well. seems to me that not so for such a prince!
We have serious issues to deal with in this country and Iran, Iraq, North Korea to name a few.
But, I haven't been able to see what is going on with that since all I see for the last week Is the King Of Child Molesters death.
And what about the Doc who shot him up??
Will he pay his respects??!!
