ABC Loses Kate Walsh Court Battle

31. #27 A tabloid trash story by Star does not equal truth. A story that was denied by her reps. What about the tabloid/media stories about him? Texting women, being gay, and control freak! So if you are saying a tabloid story about her is truth then I guess the ones about Alex are truth as well. So that makes him a cheater, gay, and a control freak.

There are pap pics of Kate Walsh going to her lawyers offices two days before he filed. He just beat her to the punch so he could safe face. Now he is controlling her and trying to steal her money.

36. #29 Some people do not believe in prenups. So I don't blame her for not getting one. I myself probaly would not get one even if I was rich. It is like predicting it will fail or you don't trust your spouse. So she got engaged after 3 months and married him 4 months latter. I don't find it stupid. My sister married after a month and they are together 3 yrs later. I know people who knew their husband for years before, married, then got a divorce after a year or so. No guarantee with marriages.

As for the comment "he has his own money why would he want her money", Don't ya know this is America. You can never be to rich or to thin. Duh.

Seems to me he is going after future earnings. This is not right. He is not entitled to any of it after the official divorce. If the judge allows it, Kate should take a sabbatical from acting. Say goodbye to hollywood, no job, no income coming in for a year or so. Become a bum, a hobo, go to Bermuda or Jamaica, do charity work. After the divorce is over, she can resume her career. She need to grow a brain and be careful about who she dates and learn about pre-nups. This is not hard people.

I heard theyr are both tools. Blech!

44. What kind of person says "I hope he takes her to the cleaners"? How would you feel if someone said it about you? How would you feel if somone was trying to take your money? Be careful what you say, those words may come back to bite you in your ass.

45. He's committed career suicide by harassing ABC Prexy. He also revealed that he is penniless. As for Kate, so disappointed that she would be idiotic enough to marry this pathetic excuse for a man. In future she might try widening her horizons with creative charity endeavors.
