Lohan Stiffs Locksmith Who Came to Her Rescue

Lindsay Lohan called a locksmith for help late last night -- and showed her gratitude by stiffing him!

Linds and Sam Ronson called USafe Locksmith to Sam's house when they realized they lost the house keys.

As the locksmith did his thing, Lindsay found an open window and told the locksmith he could stop. The locksmith asked for his $39 fee, but Lindsay refused, offering $20 instead.

The locksmith tells us Sam then told him to move his car away from the property. He obliged, but when he came back, Lindsay and Sam had locked themselves in the house and didn't pay him a penny.

62. Most locksmith's charge what is called a service charge. Meaning even if they come to a job, but are unable to fix the problem, the customer still has to pay them for coming to the site. It covers the time attempting to complete the job, travel time, etc. This is more than likely what the $39 charge was. Those two wome...girls need a reality check in the worst way. How about TMZ and other sites stop reporting on these two? Then they'd just be white trash, instead of famous white trash. Back to the point though, how is this not a form of stealing? If I hail a cab and tell them to take me to location, but along the way I change my mind and want to get out, I'd still have to pay for what they've done to that point. If I left without paying, that driver is within his right to call the police and have me arrested. Just because these girls are somewhat rich doesn't mean they can stiff working class people.

63. Number 39, you were there? Still, I agree with another's comments that Lohan needs to count her pennies. She has not made a decent movie (meaning more than 100 ppl watched it) since the Herbie film. Somebody has to pay for the vodka and coke. Moreover, I saw an interview recently wherein Lindsay says she is the hardest worker she knows. AHAHAHAHAA!! Really? Her mind has been damaged so she isn't in touch with reality along with everything else. She probably frowns on regular people with everday kinds of jobs, and yet she has no job. No job. She has stayed on the fringe of her 15 minutes of fame a litte longer than most. That's only because of her personal life escapades. Look at Paris Hilton. There was a time when not a day went by that you didn't read SOMETHING about Paris. And, finally, that ridiculousness ran its course. Lindsay's next. Go away. We only make fun of you anyway.

The Fee is for the trip. Once that locksmith shows up and starts that is the 'Service' so stiffed him. You think the 24 hour locksmith should travel to her house for free?

She should have paid him for showing up and a tip if he was quick. He has better things to do than babysit a bitch that cant keep track of her house keys.
