31. JJH is a low-life. That movie broke my heart. As a mother, it destroyed me watching the scene with his mother in tears at the end of the movie. I couldn't imagine, nor did I want to imagine such horrible anguish. :( God bless that lil boy's family.

32. I remember several years ago when this happened and the story was spammed everywhere on the internet before spam was common. It was on message boards, there was a website setup to spread out info on JJH and what he did and a reward for his capture.

When the movie came out (i didn't watch it) I knew what it was about and was like wow i used to see that story all the time. Glad to hear he was caught and now found guilty. He'll be lucky to get the DP from the state and not the DP he will get from fellow inmates

34. When I rented this movie, it was because I am addicted to true events stories and non-fiction movies. Well...B. because J. Timberlake was in it. Ha- I have never heard of this story, but after I did, I researched the HELL out of it. This is a crazy story. It is too bad it is true, but intriguing to say the least.

Let's see here, the Nazis at TMZ were more than happy to trash Sarah Palin, but for some reason failed to report on David Letterman's "joke" about her 14 year old daughter getting raped in the middle of Yankee Stadium. MJ was a child molesting drug addict that in recent weeks tried to BUY Octo Mom's kids from her, but you'd think he was the Pope with the amount of spin and lies you've read on here about him. Gov. Sanford had an affair and Harvey's minions had a field day with it. Steve McNair gets killed for having an affair with NUMEROUS women and you'd swear he was a single man that just had a crazy girlfriend. Millions of people are losing their jobs daily thanks to Obama's Socialist, irresponsible spending and tax increases, yet the First Ho is seen walking around Russia with a 6,000 dollar purse. Shana Moakler, Harvey's poster child for a "classy, intelligent" woman, sings Sarah Palin's praises at Diddy's White Party yet you don't see a single report on here about her comments. All of which we don't hear a peep about on this liberal mouthpiece of a hack site. You'd almost think TMZ is trying to protect their liberal propaganda agenda or something.... :)

36. Wow, I had no idea that the horrible movie Alpha Dog was based on a true story. I read what really happened and the movie is pracitically 100% accurate. Too bad they cast Timberhomo in it. He totally ruined it with his God awful acting "skills"

37. What great news - this man is scum to this world. Alpha Dog was in fact a great movie, but it's heartbreaking that it's based off a true story. I hope Jesse Hollywood rots in hell for putting this innocent mans family through hell on Earth. Justice will finally be served & this dirtball will get what he deserves.

41. This was such a senseless crime like so many others. I'm thrilled that justice is being served in the appropriate manner. There was no rhyme or reason for such a violent and disturbing murder. I wish more people could reason with themselves and pick and choose their battles more carefully. This was all over money and drugs and cred.... It's just so disheartening.

I hope this scumbag gets what he deserves.

43. 25. Why did this conviction take so long. I recently saw the movie. So sad. Does anybody know what happened to Zack's older brother. He was out of his mind and swore to kill Johnny Truelove. Also, it seems it was not the intent to kill the kid. He wanted to scare off the older brother to extract drug money owed. Truelove felt cornered and acted like the bully and coward that he is. Apparently there were millions of opportunities to avoid this tragedy, there were several occasions when the kid was asked to leave and go home. Truelove will get some hellish justice by the cons for killing a kid. This guy won't last.

Who the heck is Johnny Truelove, Zack and Zack's brother? If you're asking about Ben Markowitz - the victims brother - he got married and had children.. supposedly cleaned up his life. He testified at Jesse James Hollywood's trial.. and apparently he was a great witness - he admitted his past right up front and the defense couldn't shake him.

It doesn't matter what Ben Markowtiz was doing back then - there was NO reason for these thugs to murder a 15 year old child. You're right that there were times that Nick could have escaped. but he was scared they'd hurt his brother.... and he really believed that they would let him go.

The only people to blame here are Ryan Hoyt and Jesse James Hollywood and Jesse Rugge -- the people who helped kidnap Nick also bear some blame... so many people knew that he had been kidnapped but said nothing.

This murder didn't have to happen... and I hope that Hollywood is sentenced to DEATH.
