Billy Mays -- Sticking Around

Turns out America's favorite pitchman, the late Billy Mays, will live on after his death -- and it's all thanks to a commercial he filmed that has yet to hit the airwaves. The product: Mighty Tape.

Media Enterprises -- the company behind the Mighty Brand products Mays is best known for selling -- announced they'll start airing Billy's last commercial on July 20.

In regards to airing the commercial posthumously, the president of Mighty Brand said, "This is what he would have wanted."

Considering Billy's pallbearers wore OxiClean shirts during his funeral -- we'd say that's a safe bet.

16. Billy Mays has done more for me and my family than any drugged up narccacistic hollywood entertainer ever did. He made my whites whiter and my brights brighter! He's helped me clean up carpet stains, bloody clothes - white no less (from an uncoordinated nurse and uncooperative tape and a bucket of blood), as well as day to day laundry.

Billy Mays changed the entire scope of TV product hawking, and gave the products HE pitched credibility. Oxyclean is a remarkable product. Now I pay more attention to the products he is yelling about. I'd rather listen to his yelling, than an informercial with a fake audience watching a fake demonstration (with a dumb blonde sidekick) lecturing me on the versatility of an appliance that I don't need and will never use, especially now after I've briefly experienced Stupidville!

Billy made cleaning fun, he was having fun, everyone was having fun and MOST importantly he didn't treat viewers like they were relatives at a Busey Family Reunion.

Thank you Billy Mays. God watch your family and friends.

17. Billy was a good man. Air his hard work... every last bit of it. At least when I buy a product he endorses I have some inkling it will work as advertised unlike that retard that looks like Beavis selling... what was it called? SCAMwow?
