112. Not knowing her or anything about what she is experienceing right now I was just sitting here thinking about it. She probably got that heavy because she has been depressed. What she is going through cannot be easy for anyone. You fight with yourself, your family, your friends and the general public for acceptance. Let us hope that once she transitions she will calm down, feel better about himself and begin to lose weight.

114. yes he needs to lose weight but it seems like once he started taking the pills to prepare for surgery thats when he got very large. Im sure a good 40 lbs is just from the meds. Good for him tho...you have to make yourself happy.

115. This is really sick and sad at the same time. Her/His health is a major factor prior to surgery. What is wrong with the physicians who are going to do this unbelievable surgery? Celebrity kids (even adults) are truly messed up. I am certain Cher gave her/him all the attention needed. The young people of today need more physiciatric help than anything else.
