Former Warrant Singer Charged with DUI

Warrent Singer Jani Lane We've learned the ex-front man for the 80's hairband Warrant -- Jani Lane -- was officially charged with DUI and hit-and-run.

The 45-year-old singer was busted on June 17th when he allegedly hit a parked car in Los Angeles. Lane refused to take a sobriety test.

If convicted, Lane could get 6 months in the slammer and a $1,000 fine.

He's set to be arraigned today.

14. I loved Jani Lane, he is a very talented man however....he needs desperate help. Maybe a rehab sting or maybe the 6 months in jail would do him some good. Whatever it takes. Good luck Jani.
