Jackson Self-Injecting Demerol, Doctor Says

Michael Jackson Self-Injecting Demerol,A doctor who treated Michael Jackson claimed the singer self-injected Demerol into his system.

We've combed through tens of thousands of pages of the official file for the 2005 molestation trial. In the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's notes, a member of Jackson's security detail -- retired L.A. County Sheriff's deputy Michael Laperruque -- said some doctors were trying to get Jackson off of Demerol, and that one of the doctor's in Santa Barbara "was upset with JACKSON because he had been self-injecting."

Laperruque told detectives he had picked up Jackson's prescriptions for the singer, usually under the name Chris Carter. Carter was one of Jackson's bodyguards.

Laperruque also told detectives one time when he was at Neverland his job was to keep Jackson's family out because they were planning an intervention.

16. Yep, I'll stand by my theory. Michael was a egomaniac. He thought he was mentally superior to everyone else. He was also a hypocondriac who made up ailments for his multiple addictions. He was able to lie without guilt. Watch the Martin Bashir interview on YouTube again. This man should not have been allowed to be around his kids much less any other kids. Very disturbing, but because he was famous, many of you want to find logic to make it okay.

17. It's too late for Michael Jackson but what will the fallout of this be for the rest of us? Will they make the laws ridiculously strict? Let´s hope that people who have to use perscription drugs, and who use them responsibly, don't have to pay for Jackson´s mistakes. The problem here is not the drugs --- they have a legitimate reason to exist --- but the power and indulgence that are given to celebrities.

18. Wouldn't this be considered Heresay on the part of the doctor? Why didn't the LAPD investigate this years ago? They were so focused on railroading him for a child molestaton case that they seem to have overlooked the fact that there was some severe prescripton drug abuse going on by MJ and the doctors. IMO I feel there are a whole lot of people that need to go down for this. And why is this just being reporting now? It seems to me that if it were investigated during the trial MJ could have been forced into a drug rehab and he may very well have been alive today.

At this rate, MJ will never RIP.

23. Is there anything this guy was not addicted to? How in the hell did he live so long? What a complete waste of space. The only thing he was good for was keeping the drug companies in business.

26. I just keep reading this lately that his family was planning an intervention few years ago, as they were alarmed with Michael's state. What if all this is THE intervention of his family? He was so on the edge, maybe they thought these concerts gonna kill him and they intervened. The memorial was so staged, their attidude was so staged during the memorial...

29. BTW, it is being reproted by Radaronline that MJ's body is being held at Berry Gordy's crypt in Forrest Lawn until the family decides where to bury him.

True? Decide for yourself. But makes sense to me.

30. Yeah and just to think this all started from the molestation trials in which he was framed and acquitted of. How sad. He admitted then that he was going into re-hab for pain killers. One thing I hope happens is Michael's vindication and that Evan Jordy Chandler family admits they lied to get money.
