Jackson Used Employees' Names to Score Drugs

Michael Jackson went to a variety of doctors to get strong narcotics and used multiple aliases (including the names of several employees), this according to notes compiled during the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's investigation back in 2004.

Sheriff's detectives interviewed Chris Carter, who worked as Jackson's bodyguard prior to the Sheriff's raid of Jackson's home in 2003. According to Sheriff's Department notes obtained by TMZ, Carter said he would get Xanax prescriptions for Jackson under various fictitious names. Carter told detectives that Jackson would even use his name and the names of other employees to score prescriptions.

In addition to using his name, Carter said Jackson would use the names of Frank Tyson (a Jackson employee who was a prominent figure in the molestation trial, having had numerous contacts with the accuser's family), Jesus Salas (Ranch manager) and Joe Marcus (another Jackson employee) to get prescriptions.

Various pill bottles were found at Jackson's Neverland Ranch. One bottle of Alprazolam (generic for Xanax) was prescribed for Frank Tyson by Dr. Arnold Klein. A bottle of Prednisone found at the Ranch was also prescribed by Dr. Klein in the name of Peter Midani.

A bottle of Percocet, a narcotic painkiller, was found with the name Michael Armstrong, prescribed by Dr. Gerald Labiner.

A bottle of ERY-TAB, an antibiotic, was found with the name "M,M." The prescribing doctor was Dr. Carey Logan from Las Vegas.

A prescription receipt from a pharmacy was found for Alprazolam (generic Xanax) and written for Frank Tyson by Dr. William VanValin. Another receipt from Dr. VanValin was for written for Xanax in the name of Manuel Rivera.

46. Seems like Michael and the doctors should have been in jail a long time ago. Using other people's names to get medication is not a joking matter and is illegal. If the courts had put Michael in rehab back then, maybe he would be alive today.

48. OMG...Does anyone really care? If he were a crack addict would we be blaming his dealer for making him smoke? He was a gorked out pedophile who purchased children when he began being prosecuted for molesting someone elses. Enough with the Michael Jackson news....entertainer or not...he is not worthy of this sort of praise or leaving his purchased children orphans as he didn't even formally adopt them

49. I really feel you should take Dr. Gerald Labiner's name off of this article. He was my doctor for years and he would NEVER PRESCRIBE medication for someone UNLESS he himself felt that the patient needed it.

Did you ever stop to think that the prescription was really written for a REAL patient of Dr. Labiner's and that somehow it was among Michael's scripts? Perhaps the patient didn't want the Percocet anymore and gave it to Michael Jackson.

Also, the address listed for Dr. Labiner was one he hadn't been at for years. Perhaps someone STOLE his RX tablet!!!

50. Why was nothing done about the drugs found back in 2003. Maybe Michael would still be alive. The family should have pushed harder for recovery. Maybe even threaten to take his children from him. Thats what you have to do to an addict. Sounds mean but that would have been the best way of trying to get Michael attention.

52. okay Mj had a problem and it seems like alot of these prescriptions show that. alot of them also show that he was trying to break that addiction by using other therapy type drugs for outpatient detox. and one dr on a show, CNN, HLN...can't remember which one said Diprivan could have been being used as a method of "rapid detox". I mean if he was out like a light, that means he not up taking the 20-40 pills a night that he used to take??? also by being out like a light he is skipping all the terrible withdrawal symptoms, shaking, tremors, sweats, vomiting, ect. Too bad Dirprivan essentially puts you in a medically induced coma which is JUST WRONG to do to a human being. Who knows whose idea it was, but some DR showed this dumb crap to MJ back in 97 and he probably used it whenever he attempted to get clean. He should have just went to good old rehab and did it the right way. He skipped over the "mental" aspect of rehab and always ended right back on the drugs. It's sad, but he is gone now. And as much as i hate to say it, it is for the best for him anyway. He was a wreck and with no one to help him, all he could do was die or continue to live like that???? The evil Drs that advised him of this and injected him will pay the price for being greedy. MJ paid the price for his actions with his life

53. M.J. had a terrible childhood. His greedy parents pushed those kids into show biz and I heard his dad was very abusive. Now, he thinks he has the right to M.J.'s kids when the DNA shows that they aren't even his and he never adopted them. He said, one of them was a great singer and a younger one was a great dancer at only 3 yrs. of age. So once again, they feel the need to have these children for their own greed, not to mention the money the kids will get. Ok, now that that's overwith, here's what I think for what it matters. A lot of people have bad childhoods and get over it. There comes a time when you have to take responsibility for your own life. I don't care what anyone says, you do not have children sleep in the same bed with you when you're an adult. Something is wrong there. I do believe the theory of his "Jesus Juice", probably adding some kind of drug to make the children sleep and not remember. Would you let your child sleep in a grown man's bed, especially after the first molestation charges? What were these people thinking? Just because he was a great entertainer, doesn't give him the right to abuse drugs. Face it...he was a script addict. Why is everyone blaming the doctors? M.J. should have sought help, but with all celebrities, like Anna Nicole, it was the doctor's fault. Why doesn't anyone believe that an adult should take responsibility for their own lives. I lost a leg, my right hip, and got broken vertebrae when I was serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. I'm a chronic pain patient. I was offered Methadone and turned it down because of the high level of addiction. I was given morphine doses so high, that I would sit there and drool most of the day. I quit taking them after a month. My doctor now, prescribes me 4 hydrocodone a day. It does not do the job. I'm in constant pain, but I will deal with it for the rest of my life instead of seeking higher doses or more powerful drugs that will lead to addiction. M.J. had the money and the resources to seek better pain mgmt. But he chose to be a junkie. Maybe he was trying to erase from his mind all the children he molested. To me, I'm glad another junkie and pedophile is off the face of this earth! Good riddance. I also hope that his mom and dad don't get custody of these children, they need some psychological help after having M.J. posing as their dad. I hope God blesses his children with a decent life.

55. How do we know that these employee's themselvels are not the drug dealers or dope addicts who perpertrate fraud and lay the blame on Michael Jackson dying of drug overdose to escape prosecution.

56. I assume TMZ cleared publishing pictures of prescription medication with patient names on it with their lawyer to ensure they weren't violating HIPAA.

57. Funny. I recall Janet Jackson being busted for the same offense back in the day. I recall that she place perscription in the name of her nurse in order to score perscription drugs for her herper medication.

58. Again - Michael Jackson was a pedophile and a drug addict. A freak for grabbing his crotch like he was macho! Little freak!

59. Well he had lupus and he was probably always in a lot of pain from the inflammation that this disease causes... So sad, but I can understand being in pain because I was there too. Not to mention the mental exhaustion he must have had from all the hate and criticism aimed towards him.

60. Ummm. Armstrong is my Mother's maiden name. A prescription for Percocet with the Name "Michael Armstrong" on it sure brings back memories.
