Santa Barbara County Sheriff's deputies who raided Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch back in 2003 found a syringe, powerful narcotics, vials and IV bags containing what could be anesthesia.

We've obtained documents that were part of the Sheriff's Department's investigation detailing what was found in the search. Among the items ...

-- A vial of Versed -- a powerful sedative
-- Several IV bags containing "a milky white fluid, located in a small cardboard box on top of the bathtub." Propofol and other anesthesias are milky white. As we first reported, Propofol was in Jackson's home the day he died.
-- A vial of Promethazine -- an antihistamine with strong sedative effects
-- A bottle of Alprazolam (generic for Xanax, a powerful anti-anxiety drug)
-- A bottle of Percocet -- a painkiller
-- A syringe
-- A vial with Demerol in it
-- Numerous loose pills outside bottles
-- A bottle of Prednisone -- a steroid
-- Ery-tab -- an antibiotic
-- Prescriptions for Xanax that had been filled
-- A prescription for Alprazolam
-- Oxygen tanks
-- IV stands

32. Xanax is hardly a powerful anti-anxiety drug. While it is addictive when taken over many years, it's one of the lightest of options in treating anxiety.

33. Hello this is Arno from Germany again!

I cant believe this crap and all the comments. Even if Michael was addicted to drugs, he wasn´t a bad father at all.
Jacko was a perfect father! He loved all of his kids. He would do anything for his kids. He was such a good father because Jackson never had a childhood. The Kids were everything for him! Because Jacko never had a childhood he never would do anything bad or wrong to his kids!

By the way tmz this article sucks! Remember Marlons Words at the memorial! All i can say is: Let the King rest in Peace!

Greetings from Germany

biggest jacko fan ever (Arno)

34. Well, if EVERYONE (family, bodyguards, nursse, staff,etc..) knew that doctors were giving him or over medicating a obviously known addict. why on earth didnt any report this to the police or the AMA? Especially, the nurses and other people in authority. I thought medical professionals, pharmacists, educators, counselors, and other professional,etc.. were REQUIRED by law to report abuse, i would think that doctors over prescribing controlled substances would be reported to the authorities also. So, I suspect because they failed to report what obviously everyone was aware of (these doctors willinginness to over prescribe these medications to mj), would also be considered guilty of a crime for failing to report these doctors to the authorities.

37. That letter from the doctor is disgusting. He used Michael's own ego to get him to take that medication! He was manipulating him. Shame on the police for dropping the ball on this at the time!! Maybe if they had treated Michael more like a human being things would have turned out differently. Maybe if they had pursued charges regarding the medication and to avoid prosecution he had to agree to rehab (and this has been done for MANY stars) Michael would still be here.

And that Naughty Neighbor magazine is all about women! It wasn't some perv mag. It's your basic run of the mill porn.

39. danm TMZ! Why talk about it now? 2003 is old news. Find something else to gossip about. Their are people commenting about drug abuse. You have no idea. Life can through you a curve. Let's just hope some of you don't need something to medicate you when life hits you for a loop.....smh....life does happen folks.

40. Can everyone PLEASE leave Michael Jackson alone already??? He was a great guy with ALOT of stress from the public... LET HIM REST IN PEACE!!!

41. Man was a hard core long term drug addict and some of you commentors still think he's so wonderful. That's what is pathetic. You are celebrating a drug addict that overdosed. He's the one that told the doctors what to do, he's the one that paid for the drugs, he paid the doctors. HE DID IT TO HIMSELF.

Get real people.

42. I am just wondering all these drugs have been found in 2002, And they knew he was an addict and did nothing about it or questioned the docs. Unbelievable!!

43. i think its hilarious how all of these MJ lovers blame the doctors, blame the media, blame the police, yet fail to blame the man who is taking all of these drugs. michael jackson killed himself, plain and simple. there is no one to blame but himself. no good father would be a drug addict, no good father would kill himself.

44. What is the fascination (fad) with Xanax? I have a script for panic attacks and I don't think I've ever actually caught a buzz on the stuff. Just makes me want to fall asleep - but that's less than .75mg. Guess I'm just lucky not to be hooked?

45. Please stop posting this stuff. It's very distressing. This man was a wonderful humanitarian and musical genius.

WE ARE TALKING ABOUT THE ** KING OF POP**!!!!!!

No one is perfect. I just pray they round up those criminal doctors for preying on him and the LAPD is no better for not seeing there was a problem. Instead they were sniffing out exploitation BS. We are talking about a man that had the emotional stability of a 10 year old according to the psychiatrist. Good God this could have been prevented!
