18. I don't think they're horrible parents. They're just horrible to each other. The kids in fact seem to be taken care of exceptionally well. So when they're sent to the corner or reprimanded for shoving, pushing or bonking each other on the head, you think that makes Jon & Kate bad parents? I'd hate to see the brats you would raise.

it makes them bad parents for exploiting the kids to make a buck dont kid yourself and think they do much parenting they have "people" that do that for them having a camera in your face everywhere you go isnt healthy nor is it healthy to see your parents on every rag in the stores these kids are going to need years of therapy when they get older

21. The kids will need therapy all right, but only from having to listen to their mom bossing and belittling their dad year after year. Jon's not the bad guy here. Look no further than "Mama Spice" if you want to explain any future psychosis among the children. Jon should get a medal for trying to make this work for 10 years. Good for him if he gets a job. Maybe when he finds a wife instead of a drill sergeant the two of THEM can have a decent life together, while money grubbing Kate has cameras follow the the kids to school.

22. I am disgusted that these two people have CHOSEN $$$ OVER their CHILDREN, their morals and values, their marriage vows and Covenant! They need to get back together and raise their frigging family, and I don't care if they stay on t.v., as long as they stay together. Maybe they should take time off to repair themselves, no matter what's been made public thus far, and have a "John/Kate 8 after a Year" show, etc... 26. Rhinestones? I haven't seen any rhinestones on any Ed Hardy clothes -- especially not the ones Jon wears and trust me, I keep an eye on him. *Drools*

I hope he does get that job, truthfully, but only as long as he is still able to spend plenty of time w/ his children. (Which is why he better not actually move to NY. That place sucks anyway.)

Give the guy a break. Remember it was a reality TV show and by far they are not superstars. Kate exploited the family and her quote was " the show must go on". She will continue to exploit her family, just plain greed.

28. Well at least he is working. He did mention on his show that he might get offered a job tomorrow and now that the kids will be in school all day it wouldn't leave much room for taping. What he was trying to say is that he doesn't want to work for tlc anymore and that he thinks the show has run its course and thats why he has to get a job. Say goodbye Griswald fans.

29. This man/boy loser got all his priorities wrong. He just does not get it. He has eight kids to take care of. It's true that whatever parents teach their kids will follow them for the rest of their lives. His mother's divorced and I'm pretty sure she did not give him the right directions or goals that is needed to be a good family man. He also seems to be friends with females who looks like a horse, so maybe we could set him up with one of the Kentucky Derby or Preakness horses, lol.
