There's only one positive thing to say about this video -- showing Brandy being upstaged by "Hills" star Lo Bosworth -- at least it wasn't Heidi Montag.

I vacationed in Vancouver 2 years ago and the major ethnic group in Vancouver is 1) Chinese, 2) Indian (from India). Black's are probably like #22 on the list, so of course they haven't a clue as to who Brandy is.

17. They went to dinner together. Of corse they know who Brandy is ya dumbass! Apart from Brandy's stature an influence on the music industry, she was on a episode of 'The Hills' which saw Audrina assisting her in studio at Epic. Thats how she became friends with Lo.

25. If I heard correctly Brandy OFFERED to take the photo. There are plenty of celebrities that wouldn't offer to do that (and yes, she is still a celebrity). NFL star Rich Baldinger killed a woman not too long ago in a car ACCIDENT and he was not even charged. Authoritied determined it was ACCIDENTAL!??
