Maxim Model Wins Breast Lawsuit

Monica HansenMaxim hottie Monica Hansen can actually put a price on how much her breasts are worth -- a little over half a mil.

Hansen sued a plastic surgeon earlier this year because, she claimed, he used her picture on his website -- without her permission -- to promote his work.

This week she was awarded a $564,555 default judgment.

It's unclear if Hansen was claiming she never actually had a boob job. But, um, well ... judge for yourself.

18. I love being female and all, well sometimes its a bitch but I would never have my boobs done. They are big enough and they are mostly ignored by lovers in favor of other stuff. When the nipples are like a direct connection to other area and a great way to turn a woman on. 24. She's correct in pursuing this and in receiving a the judgment. The doc wanted to use her photos for self-promotion purposes and as such he was required to ask her permission ahd obtain a signed consent form. The doctor neglected to do so.
