Trevor Ariza played the "I'm on the Lakers" card for the last time this weekend to celebrate his 24th birthday at Jet in the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas.
Ariza left the NBA champion Los Angeles Lakers to sign with the Houston Rockets -- so this scene probably won't be happening again anytime soon.

24. It's clear he was a laker last year and signed with the rockets the upcoming year. I think the controversy in the posting was that they were trying to slam the rockets (who btw have multiple championships and did move onto the semis this year) while pumping up the lakers. Unfortunately for tmz, the cake does indeed have a rockets sign. That would seem to imply that it was a rockets party and not a lakers party. or possibly a party to celebrate his signing with the lakers. I could, at this point, go on to pump up the rockets (since I live in Houston) but i don't like basketball that much!@
