439. I had a physical reaction to her "joke". It made me sick and very sad. I have no idea whether MJ was guilty of child molestation or not, but I do know that Joan River's joke was just plain wrong. Regardless of whatever he did or did not do, he was the world's greatest entertainer and he was someone's dad, son, brother, and friend. Show some class, Joan! It does not pay to step over that line when you are a business woman. You crossed the line, Loser.

442. Why hasn't the Jackson family or one of their zillion attorneys sued her for libel and slander. MJ was found innocent, Whether one believes it or not, he was found innocent and he charges were dropped.

If it were not for the frivolous law suits that fill the LA courts, they would be used only for movie sets! Just as, each time a comment is made publicly on Dr. Murray and he is called a killer, the Host of the TV show or commentary will add, "He has not been accused." Four simple, absolutely necessary words to protect the speaker from a lawsuit. So, Jacksons, give those judges a reason to get up in the morning. FILE YOUR SUIT!

445. Hey, remember OJ? He was aquitted too... This whole fiasco is just that...a fiasco. Now every Tom Dick and Harry want a piece of the poor kids that were left behind that seem to have truly loved the Dad they knew. MJ's dead, as the rest of us will be one day. He was a little off of his rocker, an amazing performer, and a gifted muscian. I wouldn't leave my kids with him, but thats just me. Leave well enough alone, think kind thoughts for his kids, and be done with it.
