Artie Lange Pleads Not Guilty

Artie Lange just pled not guilty to driving under the influence.

As we first reported, Lange was arrested on Friday after rear-ending another car in Toms River, NJ. Lange's lawyer says he passed an alcohol screening test after the crash -- but cops thought he was under the influence anyway and requested a urine sample. The results of that test aren't in yet.

Artie is due back in court on Aug. 26.

51. KT8711----You are a dope to say you live in Toms River and then procede to make fun of him coming to Toms River where there is nothing but benny white trash here. This story broke days ago when it happened. He was here to visit the Toms River Library for some reason and then you crack a joke about all the bennies. Have you ever taken a look around to the area in which you live ? Toms River is one step up from trailer trash, with its bungalows, summer rentals, and not one major company in the County to support those who live here. I must have been imagining my drive up to North Jersey this week going to the airport and seeing all the commuters from South Jersey (Piney's) traveling to work by having to go over the bridge to find a decent wage ! Be careful what you say, it might come back and bite you in the buttuocks ! I bet you enjoy living in Toms River and not having property taxes that would blow you out of the water if not for those bennies coming down here for the summer spending their money, increasing our taxable revenue, so you won't have to !
