16. rebecca gayheart hit and killed a little boy and matthew broderick killed a whole family. it was their fault too. they didnt do any jail time and didnt pay any money to the victims families either. but i guess it's alright for them cause they're white and therefore worthy of redemption in the eyes of white society.

18. NO # 6 SHE WASN'T CHARGED WITH A DUI, BECAUSE SHE HAD NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS IN HER SYSTEM. THE ACCIDENT WAS NOT HER FAULT. PEOPLE READ THE STORY BEFORE COMMENTING. SHE WASN'T SPEEDING EITHER. HOW MANY OF US HAVE BEEN DRIVING AND THE CAR AHEAD SLAMS ON IT'S BRAKES? THATS WHY SHE WAS NOT AT FAULT. THE REASON SHE HAD TO PAY BECAUSE PRETTY MUCH ANY TIME YOU HIT SOME ONE FROM BEHIND YOU ARE GOING TO PAY IF YOU'RE AT FAULT OR NOT. THIS WAS VERY SAD FOR ALL INVOLVED AND FOR ALL OF YOU WITH THE HATEFUL COMMENTS HAVE A LITTLE COMMON DECENCY.

27. I don't recall exactly what happened but this was a multi-car accident, and she was never charged criminally. Civil suits don't have the same burden to show complete blame. I believe she was hit first, maybe someone remembers the accident more than I do. The reason they went after her is because of the obvious, she's a celebrity, and again if there was evidence of fault they would have charged her.
