21. yo yo dieting is so not good for the heart, the hair and every internal organ. To lose weight for the last movie, he ate something like one can of tuna fish and an apple a day. Looks like he's on the same diet again. My sister in law tried that years ago and got so so sick of yo yo dieting plus she lost most of her hair. It's not good

22. Great Actor?? Why does everyone think this guy is a great actor because he yells and huffs and puffs at the screen. I don't get it....losing weight does not make u a great actor. Do u see Russel Crowe who can act rings around him huff and puffs and gets crazy eyes on screen to let everyone think he's a great actor...NO, Russel Crowe is a great actor because he IS and this clown is a boring actor if you ask me. Marlon Brando is a great actor, a young Robert DeNIro was a great actor, Al Pacino is great every once in a while but this guy is once again just BORING and he loses weight and beefs up just to let you think that's what great acting is.....BORING!

Too everyone trying to lose weight by fasting or the popular lemon fast just to let you know when I fasted for 30 days my hair started to come out and I did some research on it and your hair is 97% protein and needs protein to survive and not fall out so if you do a fast then also do a protein shake or something with it to save your hair from falling out. Once I found this out I then started to eat protein and my hair is now much better and quit coming out in the shower. Just a word of caution everyone trying to go on a fast.

24. There are pictures of him the day before this picture-before filming started and he looks quite different. Thinner than he is in Batman, yes, but he looks healthy. He has been doing heavy boxing training the last couple of months and that seems like a healthier weight loss style then what he did for The Machinist. In the picture posted here, he has baggy 80s clothes on (for his character) and some makeup to make his skin look unhealthy for his character. They also shaved part of his head to make it look like a receiding hairline and thinned the rest so it would look like hairloss due to drug use. He had a full head of thick hair at the Public Enemies premiere just two weeks ago..

25. LOL-he hasn't lost any hair. They shaved it to look like both a receiding hair line and a thinning one. Look at pictures of him from the Public Enemies premier just a week ago. He has a full head of very thick hair.

28. EWWW! Sometimes, it is proper to just say "NO!" to certain roles in movies, no matter what your paycheck is! This is incredibly unhealthy, and very honestly...this freaks me out! As some of you have commented, hairloss is normal when you lose that much weight over a short legnth of time! All I can say is...I hope it was worth it for him! Cuz he looks aweful!
