Jackson Doc Did Not Fully CooperateThe assistant coroner who just went to Dr. Arnold Klein's office for Michael Jackson's medical records just confirmed our story -- that he went to the office because Dr. Klein was not fully cooperating with their request for documents.

Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter just told us ... on July 2 his office contacted Dr. Klein's office and requested Jackson's medical records. Klein's lawyer sent partial records and then promised to send the rest later, but never did. Winter told us his office then called Dr. Klein's rep to say they still hadn't received the documents but Klein's people never responded.

And Winter says, that's why he went to Klein's office today. Winter tells us a lawyer for Dr. Klein was in the office and another lawyer was on the phone. Winter says the lawyers promised to ante up the additional files within 24 hours.

We spoke to Ed after he talked to the press outside of Dr. Klein's office today -- when he said Klein had fully cooperated.

289. From day 1, I haven't heard anyone ask the question about why Dr. Death was doing CPR on a person who was laying in bed? As a cardiologist, he knows damn well that's a golden rule, you get the patient off the bed and onto a hard floor do to CPR, because the compressions are useless when the person is bouncing up and down on a mattress. C'mon, simple, highly trained paramedics know this. This was the first real red flag to me as soon as they released the 911 tape the evening of Michael's death.

290. If you have nothing to hide, just reach your lazy hand into the file cabinet, rifle through to the "J" section, pull out Michael's files and hand them over. Why does that process take weeks, or why do they get another "24 hours" to hand them over? I think we all know the answer to this. Arnie Klein is a slimeball. I hope they nail him.

291. Michael Jackson was murdered by professional enabler's who wanted his money and what they got was his death.
They will all be charged i am sure, and they will spend the rest of their lives behind bars for what they have done.
Michael was a pure sweet gentle soul with an amazing talent who inspired millions, lets remember him that way,
his children are what is important now that they receive all the love the world can give them.
we love you michael and will miss you forever.
