Jackson Doc Did Not Fully CooperateThe assistant coroner who just went to Dr. Arnold Klein's office for Michael Jackson's medical records just confirmed our story -- that he went to the office because Dr. Klein was not fully cooperating with their request for documents.

Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter just told us ... on July 2 his office contacted Dr. Klein's office and requested Jackson's medical records. Klein's lawyer sent partial records and then promised to send the rest later, but never did. Winter told us his office then called Dr. Klein's rep to say they still hadn't received the documents but Klein's people never responded.

And Winter says, that's why he went to Klein's office today. Winter tells us a lawyer for Dr. Klein was in the office and another lawyer was on the phone. Winter says the lawyers promised to ante up the additional files within 24 hours.

We spoke to Ed after he talked to the press outside of Dr. Klein's office today -- when he said Klein had fully cooperated.

If I were this doctor, I would have handled the authorities the exact same way, i.e. come to my office where one of my lawyers is present (another on the telephone) and internal office cameras documenting everything on my behalf as a professional and a citizen of the USA. Because of his friendship with Michael Jackson (who had few authentic friends and none of whom attended the circus funeral), the trailerpark black family is attempting to make him out to be a murderer or responsibile for MJs death. They do not want to confront the reality that they (parents) are the cause of Mjs dysfunctional adulthood due to the emotional, psychological, and physical abuse that turned him into an ultra-sensitive being who turned to drugs instead of psychotherapy. Scapegoat Jacksons....

36. It's obvious he is trying to hide something! I am sure he didn't even document half of what he did to Michael anyway. And what is in the records has probably been altered significantly already..that's what is taking them so long to turn over the records!

38. The Doc doesnt he's setting himself up for jail time. Obviously he has some major information to hide, on how he got Jackson hooked. I agree with another poster who said get the popcorn ready all hell is getting ready to break loose, between Conrad Murray and Arnie Klein. Somebody is going to jail like yesterday, and going to be out of business what a waste of a career

40. This Dr Klein appears lazy and stupid. I wouldn't be surprised if he still has incriminating evidence in his office. This is what he gets for plastering his stupid face all over the news and doing interviews no one asked him to do. He probably thought it was good publicity for him well it turned out to be an investigation. Dr Klein and Dr Murray should start giving away their personal belongings and putting someone in charge of whatever assets they have because soon enough they'll be in prison.

45. Giving him all this time defeats the entire purpose. Had they told MJ they were sending 75 popo to Neverland, he probably would have straightened up a bit, too. Ed, you're making me think you walked out with a check. I wish following this wasn't so addictive - I have to remind myself it's real life.
